The Tasting Room by Galliot
On the 3rd floor of the Crown Towers lies a light, spacious dining room, circular in shape, accented in dark wood, gunmetal and copper finishings. It’s the perfect backdrop to Chef de Cuisine Guillaume Galliot’s contemporary take on traditional French cuisine. Signatures of the restaurant include a humble onion soup, whereby an onion cake is topped with a twirl of onion cream, which the soup is then pored over. The restaurant also boasts a separate lounge for drinks before dinner, a high-tabled section for more informal dining, and a chocolate bar.
