HOW TO USE:
Hold brush horizontally. Start at lash base holding brush in place for a few seconds to capture and lift every lash from root. Wiggle brush sideways and upwards through lashes, from root to tip. Repeat to build volume as desired. To remove, rinse with warm water, or use an eye makeup remover.
