In 1977, Big Island Candies was started in Hilo, Hawaii by Allan Ikawa and his wife Irma. Only the highest quality ingredients are used to craft our decadent goodies, such as hand-dipped shortbreads, scrumptious brownies, delectable chocolates and other enticing items. Handmade with pride in Hilo by our dedicated artisans, many products include a delicious local ingredient: freshly roasted Big Island macadamia nuts; Hawaii-cultivated honey; 100% Kona coffee and more!
