Terms and Conditions

1. The promotions will be made on a monthly basis, starting from June 1, 2023 till July 31, 2023.

2. DFS stores participating in the promotions include DFS, Auckland International Airport; T Galleria by DFS, Auckland; T Galleria by DFS, Queenstown; T Galleria by DFS, Sidney; T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Causeway Bay; T Galleria by DFS, MOKO; T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road; T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui East; T Galleria by DFS, Macau, Galaxy; T Galleria by DFS, Macau, MGM Cotai; T Galleria by DFS, Macau, MGM Macau; T Galleria by DFS, Macau, Wynn Palace; T Galleria by DFS, Macau, City of Dreams; T Galleria by DFS, Macau, Shoppes at Four Seasons; T Galleria by DFS, Macau, Studio City; T Galleria by DFS, Macau, The Londoner and DFS, Singapore Changi Airport.

3. Only Dragon Visa primary credit card holders are eligible to sign up for the event while Dragon Visa secondary credit card holders and non-Dragon Visa credit card holders are unable to sign up and participate in the event.

4. In order to sign up for the event, card holders must access the ""Dragon Card Credit Card"" applet and go to the Visa page to link their credit cards (unable to sign up if not a primary credit card holder). Card holders can participate in the event after successfully signing up. However, transactions made before the sign-up are excluded and card holders cannot receive cash rebates for them. If card holders need to add another Visa card of theirs for the event after successful sign-up, they can go to the Visa page through the previous path to sign up and participate in the event.

If card holders hold more than one valid Visa card and want to make transactions and receive cash rebates with them, card holders must link them on the Visa page and sign up separately. If any of their credit cards is not linked or linked without checking the sign-up option, card holders will not be eligible to participate in the event and receive cash rebates. If card holders need to make transactions with a secondary card in their name and receive cash rebates, they must link it on the Visa page and check the sign-up option when signing up.

As card holders can only sign up for the event at the designated platform of Visa network, China Construction Bank will transmit their WeChat account information to the third party platform cooperating with the card network for verification, card holders are deemed to agree to the terms and conditions of this event by signing up.

5. Transaction time displayed in the Visa settlement system should be regarded as the official credit card transaction time by the card holder.

6. Visa merchant identification codes are official proofs for credit card transactions. Purchases eligible for the event refer to transactions made at physical stores overseas through swiping a Dragon Visa credit card.

Cash advances, credit refunds and bank fees (including annual fee, credit card interest, cash advance fee and default fee, etc.), transactions that have been canceled or goods are returned, payments made via third-party platforms, including but not limited to PAYPAL, Alipay (including payments made through clicking Alipay and selecting online payment or fast payment), WeChat, tax refunds, cash withdrawals and authorizations are not eligible for this event.

7. A maximum number of cash rebates is set for each month. During the validity period of this event, each customer can receive up to 2 cash rebates for each month. A reward pool of US$200,000 is set up for each month and cash rebates will be automatically stopped once reaching the limit.

Accounts should be considered same-single-user accounts if any of the below conditions is met. This includes primary and secondary card holders, same device used, same registered mobile phone number, same reserved mobile phone number for bank cards, same physical bank card number, same ID number, same application account or same WeChat account. Same single user receives cash rebates based on the time sequence of eligible transactions.

8. The amount of purchases eligible for the event is based on the actual purchase amounts entered in USD. The exchange rate in the Visa card network should apply.

9. Eligible transactions for this event are entered with a remark of "CCB VISA DFS REBATE".

10. Eligible transactions for this event are sorted by the overseas transaction processing time displayed in the Visa settlement system. Cash rebates will be credited into the card holder's account within 20 days after card holder's eligible transactions have been entered. If the system does not receive entry information for a transaction within 15 days after the transaction was made, such transaction is considered invalid and not eligible for cash rebate. The specific date of the cash rebate payment may be later than the above time in the event of force majeure. Card holders can check the status of cash rebates through their statements. Cash rebates are entered following amounts are exchanged from USD to CNY. As foreign exchange process is involved, the actual amount credited into their account may vary slightly subject to card and its enabled function. If the card holder disagrees with certain transaction or cash rebate, the card holder may call the customer service hotline dedicated for this event and any complaint or disagreement cannot be processed if their call is made more than 90 days after the event ends. Swiftpass Technologies Co., Ltd. provides call service support for this event through the customer service hotline 020-39434062 (9:00-18:00 Beijing time, Monday to Friday).

11. If any card holder cancels his transaction, returns or exchanges his merchandise, makes illegal or abnormal transaction, commits fraud or splits his transaction into multiple ones, China Construction Bank reserves the right to exclude such cardholders from this event and disqualify him from receiving rewards. If the rebate amount has been used, China Construction Bank has the right to add such amount to the card holder's current statement.

12. Card holders are required to maintain the normal status of their account participating in the event from the date of making purchases until the date of receiving cash rebates. If any of the following conditions is met, they will be disqualified from participating in the event and China Construction Bank has the right to recover the distributed cash rebate amount, including but not limited to: making false or illegal transactions, delinquency, card freezing, ceasing payments, closing account and other abnormalities, violations of the Terms and Conditions of China Construction Bank Dragon Credit Card, the Agreement on Holding China Construction Bank Dragon Credit Card and other relevant provisions.

13. To the extent permitted by law, China Construction Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the event (including but not limited to eligibility, transaction time and reward methods, etc.), suspend or cancel the event, which will become effective after being announced via relevant channels (such as official website, mobile banking, WeChat public account of China Construction Bank).

14. China Construction Bank only provides credit card payment services. Card network, merchants and third-party service providers are responsible for operations and other services of this event.
