9. The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other UnionPay offers or vouchers.
10. No partial refunds will be provided for transactions made using this e-voucher. In cases of refunds or product returns, only the actual amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
