1. "Time It Right To Win" (“Promotion”) is organized by DFS Group Limited, a company registered under the laws of Hong Kong SAR with its office address at 15/F One Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong (“DFS”).
2. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). All participants are bound by these Terms.
3. To be eligible for the Promotion, an individual must:
- be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of participation; and
- be a member of DFS CIRCLE who has linked their DFS CIRCLE membership with either the DFS CIRCLE WeChat Mini Program or DFS CIRCLE mobile application.
4.DFS employees and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
5. The Promotion will run from April 25, 2025 until May 5, 2025 (both days inclusive) ("Promotional Period").
6. To participate in the Promotion, participants must complete all of the following steps on the same day within the Promotional Period:(a) Present their DFS CIRCLE membership and make a single net purchase of HKD888 or more
(“Qualifying Purchase”) at DFS Hong Kong, Canton Road in Hong Kong (“Participating Store”); (b) Obtain QR code(s) (“Entry QR Code(s)”) issued at the DFS cashier in the Participating Store after making the Qualifying Purchase;
(c) Visit the designated activation location ("activation location") with the original receipt and the Entry QR Codes(s) of the Qualifying Purchase and;(d) Scan the Entry QR Code(s) and follow the instruction to press the stop button four (4) times at the activation location to redeem a Prize.* The following categories and/or brands are excluded from the Qualifying Purchase: Fashion: Charles & Keith; Watches & Jewelry: Bvlgari, Blancpain, Franck Muller, Glashutte Original, Hublot, IWC Schaffhausen, and all consignment products.
7. A valid receipt for a Qualifying Purchase must be machine-printed and contain the name of DFS, receipt number, transaction number, transaction date and transaction amount. Revised, re-printed, copied,
photocopied, handwritten, damaged, altered, or fraudulently obtained (as determined by DFS) receipts are not eligible for the Promotion.
8. Participants are entitled to one (1) Prize for their participation in the Promotion per every one (1) Qualifying Purchase.
9. Participants are required to keep the original receipt of the Qualifying Purchase for the purpose of Prize redemption.
10. The prizes (“Prize(s)”) available in this Promotion consist of:
a) four digits of 8 : Luxury Handbag (Total value: HK$129,100 from April 25 - April 30, 1 prize per day, total 6 winners)
b) four digits of 8 : 0.3 tael of 999.9 Gold Ingot (Total value: HK$63,535 from May 1 - May 5, 1 prize per day, total 5 winners)
c) three digits of 8: Printed Tote Bag (Total value: HK$387,500, total 1,550 winners)
d) two digits of 8 : Beauty Sample (Total value: HK$330,000, total 1,800 winners)
e) one digit of 8 : DFS HK$25 Shopping Voucher (Total value: HK$75,000, total 3,000 winners)
f) one digit of 8: Starbucks HK$25 Shopping Voucher (Total value: HK$17,500, total 700 winners)
If the number of prizes exceeds the available prizes to be distributed on that day, the excess will be eligible for the next prize category in accordance with Hong Kong's relevant laws.
11. Prizes will be determined by the number of times the digit 8 appears when the participant presses the pause button. Prizes are distributed on a first-come-first-served basis subject to availability. Once the allocated prizes for a specific day or category are exhausted, no further prizes will be available for that day or category.
12. Participants will be immediately notified of the Prize. The Prize or entitlement for collection of the Prize (as the case may be) will be distributed to the winner immediately.
13. Prizes are strictly for personal use; they cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or used for any commercial purposes whatsoever.
14. A Prize, or any part of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable for any other benefits, including but not limited to, DFS gift cards, cash or other monetary value, store credits, membership points, complimentary services or other promotions, unless otherwise expressly specified.
15. If a winner seeks refund for item(s) they purchased in the Qualifying Purchase that resulted in them winning the Prize, such refunds shall only be processed if the participant also returns the Prize in its original, unused, unopened, and undamaged state.
16. DFS reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to conduct verifications about the participants (including a participant’s identity).
17. DFS reserves the right to exclude or disqualify, without prior notice, any participant or entry if DFS has reason to believe that the participant is ineligible, has breached a provision of these Terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other serious misconduct that has jeopardized the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.
18. Each participant acknowledges that: a. Participants bear all costs associated with entering this Promotion; DFS is not liable for errors in information transmission or Prize-related issues post redemption. b. DFS is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or other errors (whether technical or otherwise) that may occur in the course of conducting the Promotion.c. DFS is not the supplier of the Prizes. Any enquiry or complaint in relation to the Prize should be directed to the relevant supplier. DFS declines all responsibility for direct or indirect damage, whether foreseeable or not, caused during the use of a Prize. d. DFS does not offer any warranty or accept any liability for and on behalf of any third party in relation to the use of a Prize. Winners, by accepting a Prize, acknowledge and accept that use of a Prize is at their own risk.
19. All winners to the Prizes listed in clause 10.(a) to (b) must agree to sign an acknowledgement letter and allow DFS to take photos of them at the time of collection of the Prize for record and promotional purposes; and all photos taken can be used for promotional purposes in any channel and media by DFS for one (1) year without remuneration. If the winner does not agree, it may result in disqualification for the Prize.
20. Participants acknowledge that all personal data provided by them (if any) are collected, processed, stored and/or used in accordance with DFS’ Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.dfs.com/en/hong-kong/privacy-policy-hk

22. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, DFS (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any damage, expenses, costs, liability, injury, claims, or loss whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
23. DFS reserves the sole right to interpret these Terms and such interpretation shall be final and conclusive.
24. In case of any disputes, DFS reserves the right to make the final decision.
25. In the event of conflicts or inconsistencies between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
26. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision in these Terms shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue to be valid and binding.
27. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
