"The Graduate Development Program is designed to provide young, talented individuals an opportunity to fast-track their careers with DFS through a 12- to 18-month rotational program as Management Trainees. Learning occurs in both office and store environments where Trainees are assigned departmental responsibilities and interact with managers and mentors. By the end of the program, Management Trainees develop key skills essential to their chosen career paths.

Global Rotations

The program is carefully curated to provide Management Trainees with cross-functional training in an accelerated learning environment to fast track their career progression. They will be assigned departmental responsibilities and be tasked with real-life business projects according to their background, aspirations and business needs.

Mentorship and Network Support

As a Management Trainee, you will have direct access to senior leadership at DFS and connections with LVMH Group. You will be assigned a mentor within our management team who will assist you in understanding the culture of DFS, evolving through our ecosystem successfully and making the right career choices.
