MARCH 4, 2021 – DFS Group, the world’s leading travel retailer, is proud to join the first China International Consumer Products Expo to be held in Hainan on May 7-10 2021, featuring a luxury brand line-up across various categories. DFS opened the first phase of a spectacular new downtown duty-free retail complex in Haikou Mission Hills, Hainan, on January 30 this year in partnership with Shenzhen Duty Free Group.
The Consumer Expo is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the People's Government of Hainan Province, and is the first state-level exhibition to focus on consumer products. DFS will showcase the global retailer’s unparalleled expertise in luxury merchandising in partnership with some of the world’s leading brands; award-winning store design; and innovative and personal approach to in-store and online customer experience.
Attending the Consumer Expo is a demonstration of the importance that DFS attaches to the China market. DFS is committed to building Hainan into a center of international tourism consumption, promoting the development of modern service industry in Hainan, and supporting the Hainan Free Trade Port’s goals.
