The Graduate Development Program is designed to provide recent university graduates an opportunity to fast-track their careers with DFS through an 18- to 24-month rotational program as Management Trainees. Learning occurs in both office and store environments, where Trainees are assigned departmental responsibilities and interact with managers and mentors.

Candidates can choose to specialize in either Retail, Finance or Technology. By the end of the program, Management Trainees develop key skills essential to their chosen career paths.

RETAIL

The Retail stream allows Management Trainees to experience first-hand the various fields of Store Operations, Merchandising and Marketing followed by a preparatory training placement over 18 months. Management Trainees learn about the following sectors of the retail business:

In these rotations, Management Trainees explore different roles within the Store Operations, Marketing and Merchandising sectors both on-site at a T Galleria or airport store and in-office. By the end of the program, Management Trainees will be considered for a career path in one of these fields.
