The Graduate Development Program is designed to provide young, talented individuals an opportunity to fast-track their careers with DFS through a 12 to 18-month rotational program as Management Trainees. Learning occurs in both office and store environments, where Trainees are assigned departmental responsibilities and interact with managers and mentors.
Candidates can choose to specialize in either Retail, Merchandising, Digital, Finance or Technology. By the end of the program, Management Trainees develop key skills essential to their chosen career paths.
