Shui Jing Fang

The legend of Shui Jing Fang dates back to 1408, when distilling master Wang set off to find the ideal place to develop his masterpiece. Searching for the best grain and water source for his recipe, he traveled across China and eventually stopped in Chengdu, an area known as "the land of abundance," and established Shui Jing Distillery. The original distillery is recognized as the oldest and most complete ancient baijiu distillery in China. Generations of master distillers continued to enhance and refine Master Wang's original recipe. Today, it is a priceless national treasure preserving China's historic baijiu distilling techniques.
