1. Customers with UnionPay credit cards issued by the Bank of China which starts with 62 are entitled to the promotion at participating DFS Macau & Hong Kong stores. If there are any adjustments to the participating merchants, please refer to the latest notice posted by Bank of China.
2. Eligible transactions shall be paid through UnionPay settlement network, including UnionPay card-based payment, UnionPay APP payment and BOC mobile APP payment.
3. The price shown on the receipt issued by the merchant indicates the original transaction value. Please refer to the statement issued by the bank for the actual amount transacted.
4. The currency exchange rate used in the transaction will be taken from the currency exchange rate listing on the day as listed on the official international site of Union Pay.
5. The instant rebate offer has limited availabilities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Depending on the actual situation surrounding the instant pay offer availability, Bank of China and UnionPay may end the Promotion prior to the end date of the Promotion Period.
7. In the case of refunds or returns, the refunded amount will only constitute the actual amount transacted, and exclude any discount or rebate amount.
8. The time period of this promotion is Beijing time, and the time of transcation is based on the settlement time in UnionPay system backend.
9. UnionPay reserves the right to reject, or rescind offers to cardholders that are found attempting to take advantage of this Promotion through the use of illegal methods with tools (including but not limited to mobile numbers, brank account numbers, app accounts and more) that breach these terms and conditions.
10. If carhldoers have any of the following circumstances:
- Any illegal or false consumption such as cashing out; fraud; for business pursposes; click farming
- Withdrawed; refunded or unrecorded eligable transcations
- Unionpay credit card is suspended, controlled or cancelled by cardholders.
- Failure to repay debts upon maturity from Bank of China
Bank of China reserves the right to investigate and verify related consumption, cancel the cardholder's eligibility to receive rewards, permanently cancel the cardholder's eligibility to participate in other marketing activities of our bank, and directly deduct relevant rewards from the cardholder's credit card account or adopt other legal measures without prior notice when the rewards cannot be returned. It also reserves the right to legal recourse against violations such as ""cash out, arbitrage, and point arbitrage""
11. The goods or services purchased by the cardholder at an overseas merchant are provided by the merchant, and the cardholder shall make their own decisions on whether to purchase. If there are quality issues with goods or services, please contact the merchant for handling. Bank of China is not responsible for quality issues with goods or services.
12. Bank of China will, to the extent permitted by law, reserve the right to cancel this event or amend the relevant terms of the event as necessary (including but not limited to event time, event content, event rules, quota restrictions, etc.), and will take effect after being announced on the official website of Bank of China or other relevant channels.
