Terms and Conditions ("Terms"):

1. This Promotion is organized by DFS Group Limited ("DFS") and is only applicable to customers who make a qualifying purchase of Beauty products at any DFS Partcipating Store in Hong Kong ("Eligible Customers") from June 9 to June 22, 2023 ("Promotional Period").

2. During the Promotional Period, Eligible Customers can enjoy HK$200 immediate discount upon purchase of HK$2000 of Beauty Products; HK$450 immediate discount upon purchase of HK$3,600 of Beauty Products at any DFS Participating Stores.

3. Each Eligible Customer can enjoy this offer unlimited times during the Promotional Period.

4. Selected brand partners are excluded from this promotion. As permitted by applicable law, brands decide their own participation in the promotion, and have the final right to withdraw from the promotion during the promotional period. DFS will not bear responsibility for the withdrawal of any brand from the Promotion.

5. If you are returning an item purchased during this Promotion, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

6. DFS reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend or withdraw these Terms at any time, without prior notice, and would not assume any responsibility for any changes or termination of the relevant offers or terms.

7. DFS reserves the right of final decision in any disputes.

9. In the event of conflict between the English version of these Terms and the translated versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

10. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
