1. The Promotion is organized by DFS Group Limited, with its address at 15/F, One Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong and its affiliates (altogether “DFS”).

2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. This Promotion is applicable to all LOYAL T by DFS members ( “Members”) who make Qualifying Purchase(s) (as defined below) at the selected T Galleria by DFS / DFS stores listed below (“Participating DFS Stores”) from 1 November 2022 to 20 November 2022 (both days inclusive) (“Promotional Period”):

4. In order to participate in this Promotion, Members who newly signed up and have not yet made any purchase at DFS after signing up must:

(a) either
(i) make any purchase at any T Galleria by DFS / DFS stores in-store or
(ii) make an online purchase and collect the goods at the relevant T Galleria by DFS / DFS stores; and
(b) wait for 24 hours after the completion of the said transaction (i.e. for
(i) after payment in-store, and for
(ii) after collection of the goods).

5. 2 extra points per qualifying spending in USD (“Bonus Points”) will be awarded to the Members who make the following qualifying purchase(s) (“Qualifying Purchase(s)”) within the Promotional Period:
Any purchase of products at the participating brands in the fashion, accessories, watches, jewelry pieces, spirits or wines categories. For details of the participating brands, please check with the staff of the relevant Participating DFS Store.

6. This Promotion is applicable to online purchases.

7. The Bonus Points are calculated based on the net spending after any deduction. For example, with a spending of US$100:
LOYAL T tier with Beauty products: 100 base points + 200 bonus points = 300 total points earned
LOYAL T tier on Non-Beauty products: 0 base points + 200 bonus points = 200 total points earned
Jade: 100 base points + 200 bonus points = 300 total points earned
Ruby: 200 base points + 200 bonus points = 400 total points earned
Diamond: 400 base points + 200 bonus points = 600 total points earned

8. These Bonus Points will be added to the Members’ LOYAL T by DFS account after the valid Qualifying Purchase(s) transaction is processed. These Bonus Points will be available instantly after the completion of the transaction, except for the Qualifying Purchase(s) at the stores below and online Qualifying Purchase(s) which the Bonus Points will be available 24 hours after the completion of the transaction (for the avoidance of doubts, for online Qualifying Purchase(s), the Bonus Points will be available 24 hours after the goods are collected):

9. Members can participate in this Promotion multiple times during the Promotional Period.

10. The Bonus Points, or any part of the Bonus Points, cannot be exchanged for any other benefits, including, without limitation, cash, coupons, DFS gift cards, DFS vouchers, store credits, other membership points or any other complementary services or promotions of any kind.

11. This Promotion shall not apply in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts, including but not limited to privilege/staff discount.

12. DFS reserves the right in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, at any time without prior notice, to modify these Terms and Conditions, and/or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion and any aspect of it. 13. When permitted by applicable laws, DFS (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liabilities for any damage which is not a direct and foreseeable consequence of a breach of its obligations.

14. DFS reserves the sole right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and such interpretation shall be final and conclusive.

15. In case of any disputes, DFS reserves the right to make the final decision.

16. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities among the English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
