Autumn Winter Sale 2022 (“Promotion”) – TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The Promotion is offered by DFS Group Limited, with its address at 15/F, One Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong and its affiliates (altogether “DFS”).
2. The Promotion applies to both members of LOYAL T by DFS membership program (“Members Sale”) and non-members (“Public Sale”) who shop selected fashion products (“Selected Fashion Products”) at eligible T Galleria by DFS/ DFS stores (“Eligible DFS Stores”) listed in paragraph 4 below during operating hours and during the Promotional Period defined below:
a) Members Sale: LOYAL T Early Sale (available only to existing Base, Jade, Prestige Ruby, and Prestige Diamond LOYAL T by DFS members (collectively “Members”))
b) Public Sale:

3. During the Members Sale, Members can enjoy the following additional discounts on top of the discount offered in the Eligible DFS Stores:
· Existing Prestige Jade Members can enjoy an additional 10% off on their purchase of 2 units or above of Selected Fashion Products
· Existing Prestige Ruby Members can enjoy an additional 15% off on their purchase of 2 units or above of Selected Fashion Products
· Existing Prestige Diamond Members can enjoy an additional 20% off on their purchase of 2 units or above of Selected Fashion Products
4. The list of Eligible DFS Stores reproduced below may be amended at any time during the Promotional Period, without prior notice, according to the relevant government’s laws, rules, guidelines or policies on public health.
5. For details of the Selected Fashion Products, please check with the staff of the relevant Eligible DFS Store.
6. Members and non-members can benefit from the Promotion multiple times during the Promotional Period, while stocks last.
7. The Members Sale is not applicable to online purchases.
8. This Promotion shall apply in conjunction with other existing promotional offers, coupons, gift certificates, LOYAL T offers, vouchers.
9. DFS intends to sell the Selected Fashion Products for customers’ personal needs only. DFS reserves the right to refuse orders of more than three pieces per Selected Fashion Product.
10. DFS reserves the right to the extent permitted by law, to make any changes, additions, amendments or modifications to the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Please visit www.DFS.com for the latest update of this Promotion and its terms and conditions.
11. When permitted by applicable laws, DFS (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liabilities for any damage which is not a direct and foreseeable consequence of a breach of its obligations.
12. DFS’ interpretation of this Promotion and the applicable Terms and Conditions will be final and conclusive.
13. If there are any inconsistences or ambiguities among the English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean and Japanese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
