Spring Summer Sale 2023– TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Spring Summer Sale 2023 Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by DFS Group Limited, with its registered address at 15/F, One Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong and its affiliated companies (altogether “DFS”).
2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and all participants agree to be bound by them.
3. The Promotion applies to DFS CIRCLE members and non-members who shop selected fashion products (“Selected Fashion Products”) at selected T Galleria by DFS/ DFS stores (“Eligible DFS Stores”) listed in paragraph 6 below within the operating hours of the relevant Eligible DFS Stores during the period specified below (collectively, the "Promotional Period”):
a) The Promotional Period for DFS CIRCLE Members Early Sale (available only to existing Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier DFS CIRCLE members (collectively “Members”)) ("Members Sale”) commences on May 26, 2023 and ends on June 1, 2023 (both days inclusive), until stocks last.
b) The Promotional Period for all participants (including DFS CIRCLE Members and non-members) (“Public Sale”) commences on June 2, 2023 until stocks last.
The Promotion is subject to the availability of the Selected Fashion Products. If the Selected Fashion Products run out of stock during the Members Sale, the Public Sale will be terminated without prior notice.
4. During the Members Sale, Members can enjoy the following additional discounts on the Selected Fashion Products on top of the discount offered in the Eligible DFS Stores:
· Silver tier Members: purchase three Selected Fashion Products or above to enjoy an extra 10% off
· Gold and Platinum tier Members: purchase three Selected Fashion Products or above to enjoy an extra 15% off
· Diamond tier Members: purchase three Selected Fashion Products or above to enjoy an extra 20% off
5. The Public Sale is open to all participants and discounts will be offered on Selected Fashion Products in the Eligible DFS Stores.
6. The following is the list of Eligible DFS Stores:
Hong Kong: T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road; T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui East
Macau: T Galleria by DFS, Macau, City of Dreams; T Galleria by DFS, Macau, Shoppes at Four Seasons; T Galleria by DFS, Macau, The Londoner
7. Exclusions apply. For details of the Selected Fashion Products, please check with the DFS staff at the relevant Eligible DFS Store.
8. The Members Sale is not applicable to online purchases.
9. This Promotion shall apply in conjunction with other existing promotional offers, coupons, gift certificates, DFS CIRCLE offers, vouchers.
10. DFS intends to sell the Selected Fashion Products for customers’ personal needs only. DFS reserves the right to refuse orders of more than three pieces per Selected Fashion Product.
11. DFS reserves the right to the extent permitted by law, to suspend, terminate, cancel or make any changes, additions, amendments or modifications to the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Please visit www.DFS.com for the latest update of this Promotion and its terms and conditions.
12. When permitted by applicable laws, DFS (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liabilities for any damage which is not a direct and foreseeable consequence of a breach of its obligations.
13. In case of any dispute, DFS’ interpretation of this Promotion and the applicable Terms will be final and conclusive.
14. All disputes arising out of or related to the Promotion will be governed by the law of Hong Kong and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This Promotion is subject to all applicable law and regulations. If any part of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be deemed deleted from these Terms in such jurisdiction and the remaining provisions will remain in force.
15. The English version of these Terms shall prevail if there are discrepancies or ambiguities among the different language versions of these Terms.
