Loyal T Program Terms and Conditions
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to govern the loyalty membership program (“LOYAL T by DFS” or “Program”) proposed by DFS.
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of DFS and the rights and obligations to consumers ("Member(s)" or "You") who subscribe to the Program.
A. LOYAL T by DFS consists of four tiers: Loyal T, Jade, Prestige Ruby and Prestige Diamond. The benefits of the Program vary based on the tier, click here for more details.
B. Every account with at least one qualifying purchase in the 24-month membership cycle (“Membership Cycle”) that is not offset by a return, discount, refunds or adjustment (“ Qualifying Purchase”) is assigned a tier.
C. The LOYAL T membership card ("Card"), digital or physical, issued at the discretion of DFS, entitles Members to the program benefits and rewards determined by DFS from time to time, subject to these terms and conditions which We may update or revise anytime without notice.
D. The Card remains the property of DFS and must be kept under your personal control at all times.
A. The Program is offered to customers over 18 years old and LOYAL T cardholders (“Cardholders”) shall use the Card solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
B. Members shall only have one active account at any time and DFS reserves the right to merge, modify or cancel duplicated accounts belonging to the same Member.
C. Members will not be assigned a membership tier based solely on a purchase of tobacco products or alcoholic beverages in some jurisdictions.
A. The sign-up process can be made in store with the assistance of our Sales Assistants or online here (including WeChat through a QR code available in Store).
B. Members who sign-up to the Program through online channels will earn LOYAL T Points (“Points”) on their purchases on the same day. The Points will be credited to Your account within 7 days.
3. Changing tiers status and renewal
A. A Qualifying Purchase is recorded in the form of “Status Dollars” based on the net Qualifying Purchase amount (i.e. qualifying purchase amount less taxes, discounts, refunds, exchange rate and other adjustments) in your Membership Cycle. For every 1USD or equivalent spent, 1 Status Dollar is earned in your membership account.
B. If You earned enough Status Dollars to qualify for a higher tier during the Membership Cycle, the change will occur within 7 days after your Qualifying Purchase.
C. If You did not earn enough Status Dollars to remain in your existing tier during the Membership Cycle, your tier will be downgraded to the next tier and the Status Dollars balance will be 0.
D. A change in tier will renew Your Membership Cycle for additional 24 months from the month of change. You can check your tier status and Points balance on WeChat® or dfs.com here.
II – REWARD POINTS AND MEMBERSHIP
1. Points earning
A. Cardholders can earn Points rewards on their purchases by presenting their Card at participating DFS and T Galleria stores worldwide. The sales associate in store may ask to see Your valid photo ID to verify Your identity. Click here for a list of participating brands and stores.
B. If you did not present your Card at the time of purchase, We will credit your account with the missing Points within 6 weeks from the date of request upon presentation of your Card, sales receipt and proof of payment within 6 months from the date of purchase. No Points may be earned for purchases made more than 1 month prior to the Cardholder’s enrollment.
C. Points earned are based on the amount spent in USD after deducting tax, discounts, the value of any points or gift certificates/ vouchers or any equivalent form of payment used in the transaction. Points earned from purchases made in DFS and T Galleria stores outside the U.S. are based on local currency converted to U.S. dollars using a daily or monthly exchange rate of DFS local exchange rate partners. For France, the conversion Euros to U.S. dollars is based on the exchange rate from LCL plus markup. For Italy, the conversion Euros to U.S. dollars is based on the exchange rate from the Bank of Italy plus markup.
D. Members cannot earn Points when purchasing services (e.g. restaurants, salon services, etc.), items from selected brand/ boutique, non-eligible categories such as Tobacco and Liquor, any fees or taxes, any portion of Your purchase made using Points or gift cards / certificates. E. Points will be credited to your account within 7 days from the qualifying purchase. You will earn Points for every 1 USD dollar of a Qualifying Purchase. The number of Points you received is based on your membership tier

F. The amount of Points credited to Your account is calculated by multiplying your Qualifying Purchase in US Dollars or, for purchases made in DFS and T Galleria stores outside the U.S., in the local currency converted at the exchange rate provided for in Article II.1.C, with the points multiplier based on your membership tier. When you return a purchase, the same calculation is used to determine the number of Points that will be removed from your outstanding Points balance.
G. Points earned for a purchase made on dfs.com or WeChat® will be issued within 24 hours after the order is fulfilled and collected in participating stores upon presentation of your Card.
2. Points redemption
500 LOYAL T Points = USD 5 of net qualifying purchase*
(*i.e. qualifying purchase less amount less taxes, discounts, refunds and other adjustments).
A. Cardholders can redeem Points directly on a transaction with a minimum of 500 Points except for redemption of Points vouchers which requires a minimum of 1000 Points to be redeemed. Redemption can only be done in multiples of 100 Points.
B.Points can be used to purchase merchandise at participating T Galleria and DFS stores worldwide. Click here for a list of participating stores and brands.
C. Points cannot be redeemed for any reservation on DFS online Platforms or WeChat Mini Programs (except DFS Hong Kong and Macau WeChat Mini Programs).
D. You must present your Card when you use the Points to purchase merchandise at any of the Participating Stores, or when you collect the products reserved via DFS Hong Kong or Macau WeChat Mini Program at the Participating Store you selected. The sales associate in store may ask to see Your valid photo ID to verify Your identity. Redeemed Points cannot be restored back and Points earned are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
E. Points can only be redeemed by the Member presenting the Card in person. DFS will not be responsible for any Points claimed to have been redeemed by any person other than the Member. DFS’s records shall be conclusive as to the Point balance or deficit in the Member’s account.
3. Deduction of Points for refunds
A. If you return a product for which Points were earned, DFS reserves the right to deduct from your account the amount of Points earned in the original purchase transaction. If You do not have sufficient outstanding Points to accommodate the returned purchase, or Your latest account point balance is negative, the store will process an exchange instead of a refund.
B. Transactions paid for by using Points, gifts or point vouchers in full or in part are not eligible for monetary refunds. Only a product exchange of equal value will be allowed for such transactions.
4. Points expiry and account termination
A. LOYAL T Tier Member accounts will be made inactive if the Members fail to make a Qualifying Purchase within the Membership Cycle. LOYAL T Tier Member accounts will be reactivated automatically whenever a Qualifying Purchase is made. Members belonging to other tiers will downgrade to the next tier if they fail to make qualifying purchases according to their existing tiers’ criteria for renewal.
B. Points credited to your account are valid for 2 years from date of Qualifying Purchase.
C. Your membership can be terminated by You anytime. DFS may terminate Your membership and associated accounts at any time if You breach the present Terms or in the event of suspected fraud. Upon termination, all accumulated and unredeemed Points shall be forfeited.
5. Points Exceptions
A. Point cannot be earned or redeemed for purchases at certain brand boutiques or to purchase certain branded products even at participation T Galleria and DFS stores. The same applies for redemption of LOYAL T Point Voucher which may be used only to purchase items from selected participating brands. Click here for a list of participating stores and brands.
B. Selected items are not eligible for earning and/or redeeming points. Please check with sales associates in-store for the list of exclusions.
C. Points cannot be earned or redeemed when an account is suspended, discontinued and/or terminated or in conjunction with any purchase for which another promotional discount or offer is accepted by DFS. Such other promotions include, but are not limited to, those associated with or sponsored by airlines, hotels, credit card issuers, travel agencies or any other DFS’ partners.
D. Points cannot be earned and no Points, LOYAL T Points Vouchers and/or gift certificates can be redeemed for the purchase of tobacco (including cigars) and for the purchase of alcoholic beverages (where applicable laws prohibit such earing / redemption or if DFS decides in its sole discretion not to allow such earning and/or redemption in any such jurisdiction(s)).
E. Points cannot be earned on products purchases that are determined to exceed the following “Reasonable Use Guidelines” that are subject to change by DFS at any time without notice. Beauty purchases may not exceed 6 pieces per item or 24 pieces per month. Watches & Jewelry purchases may not exceed 3 pieces per item for any brand or more than 4 transactions per month, Fashion purchases may not exceed 3 pieces per item, sales exclusions apply. Any misuse of the Card that does not comply with the Reasonable Use Guidelines may result in the permanent termination of the Member's membership to the Program, resulting in the loss of all Points earned, without any right to compensation.
III – MEMBER BENEFITS IN SAMARITAINE PARIS PONT-NEUF
1. Exchange without checkout receipt
A. Members may return merchandise bought at Samaritaine in its original packaging for exchange at Samaritaine within 30 days of purchase by presenting valid Membership Card (digital or physical) used for the purchase as proof in person.
B. Exchanges are not allowed for any used, worn, altered, consumed or damaged items, or any merchandise that concerns personal hygiene.
C. Exchange will be offered based on the purchase record in LOYAL T membership account.
2. Free personal styling session
Jade Members or above are entitled to 1 free styling session of up to 2 hours per calendar year at Samaritaine. Advanced reservation is required and subject to availability at the time of reservation. Reservation can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the reserved date. Such benefit cannot be carried forward to the next calendar year and will be forfeited for any unused session.
3. Free alterations
Members can enjoy free alterations for any purchases (except sale items and promotional items) made at Samaritaine by presenting valid Membership Card. Details of alteration services is available at Concierge in store. Refund and exchange are not allowed for any altered items.
4. Free express delivery in Paris (intra-muros)
LOYAL T Members with in-store purchase of €200+ and Jade Members or above with any in-store purchase made at Samaritaine will enjoy free delivery within Paris intra-muros by presenting valid Membership Card. For delivery schedule and details, please contact sales associates in store.
5. Free parking
Jade Members or above with in-store purchase of €100+ at Samaritaine can enjoy a single 2-hour Free Parking on the same day at the Indigo Louvre-Samaritaine parking lot :1 place du Louvre, 75001 Paris, France. Members can redeem a single 2-hour same-day free parking voucher at the Customer Relations desk Pont-Neuf by presenting the same-day original sales receipt and valid Membership Card. Each Member can only redeem and consume the Free Parking once per day.
III – PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
1. General Terms
(i) DFS may use the personal information that you have provided for direct marketing, that is, We may contact you about news, events and promotions related to DFS stores, our customer LOYAL T Program and the following products and services: watches, jewelry, perfume and cosmetics, fashion and accessories, food and alcoholic beverages;
(ii) DFS may transfer your personal information to any DFS Group companies for use by them in direct marketing for the above products and services, and
(iii) DFS may send your personal information to a market research company engaged by DFS, by transmission of electronic data or submission of documents, for the purpose of consumer research and that the market research company may contact you for such consumer research purpose.
C. You may withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information for direct marketing and/or to be contacted for consumer research at any time by emailing dpo@DFS.com, or by writing to DFS at: DFS Group Limited, Attn: Data Protection Officer , 8/F, Chinachem Golden Plaza, 77 Mody Road, Tsimshatsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
2. Specific terms for France and Italy
B. If there are any inconsistencies between the different language versions of these LOYAL T Terms and the Italian version, the Italian version of the LOYAL T Terms shall prevail.
C. If there are any inconsistencies between the different language versions of these LOYAL T Terms and the French version, the French version of the LOYAL T Terms shall prevail.
DFS shall not be liable for any non-performance of the Program, if the non-performance is attributable to the Member, or to an event of force majeure.
In the event of a dispute over the number of points accumulated, only the information contained in the DFS database will be considered authentic, unless proven otherwise.
VI. PARTIAL INVALIDITY – MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
If one or several stipulations of the present general Terms and Conditions were to be deemed illegal or invalid, this nullity would not result in the nullity of the other provisions of these conditions.
VII. DISPUTES - APPLICABLE LAW - COMPETENT JURISDICTION
DFS and the Member agree to seek to resolve amicably any dispute arising from the application of these General Conditions. To this end, the Member may address any complaint concerning his/her membership in the Program to the following address

LARGEST BEAUTY HALL IN HONG KONG
1. This Promotion is applicable to all new and existing members of the ""LOYAL T by DFS"" program (“Members”) who shop at the following T Galleria by DFS, Macau stores during store operating hours:
• T Galleria by DFS, Macau, Shoppes at Four Seasons
• T Galleria by DFS, Macau, City of Dreams
• T Galleria Beauty by DFS, Macau, Galaxy Macau
2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all entrants are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Directors, management and employees and affiliated persons of DFS are not allowed to participate in this Promotion.
4. Entries into the Promotion are open from May 29 to 30, 2021 between 1PM to 5PM ("Promotional Period").
5. Promotion Mechanism:
During the Promotional Period:
a) Spend MOP$2,888 or more on Beauty & Fragrances at the Store to get one chance to enter a lucky draw.
6. Each member can only win once at each session of the lucky draw. Members can enter the Promotion multiple times during promotion period (2 sections).
7. Each Member must be on-site to participate in the lucky draw.
8. Each Member shall present the eligible receipt and product(s) at the redemption counter to enter the lucky draw.
a) Purchase receipts between 1PM - 5PM are eligible to join the lucky draw at 5:15PM.
9. The lucky draws will take place at the Store and 10 winners will be selected per draw (“Winners”).
10. Winners will be roll-called 3 times in the Store and are required to show a valid receipt and their LOYAL T card.
11. If a Winner fails to show up after being roll-called 3 times, the Winner is deemed to have forfeited the Prize.
a) If the first lucky draw winner fails to show up, the second or third lucky draw will take place to draw a replacement.
b) If any prizes remain unclaimed after 2 round of re-draw, the prize(s) will be forfeited.
12. DFS reserves the right to select another Winner in the absence of valid receipt.
13. Each Winner will win a prize worth MOP$1,000 to MOP$5,000, being an accumulated prize value of approximately MOP$126,000 (“Prize”).
14. This Promotion shall not apply in conjunction with any other existing promotional offers, privileges or employee discounts.
15. The Prize, or any unused portion, is not transferable or exchangeable for any other benefits including without limitation to DFS Gift Cards, cash or other monetary value, store credits, membership points, any complimentary services or other promotions of any kind, unless otherwise specified.
16. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, DFS, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a Prize that is of equal value and/or specification. DFS warrants that any substitution of the Prize will not be of lesser value to the Prize or the part thereof.
17. If a Winner seeks refund for items they purchased to which resulted in them winning the Prize, such refund shall only be processed on the basis that the winner also returns the Prize in its original, unused, unopened and undamaged state.
18. All entrants are hereby deemed to consent to DFS using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are the winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by DFS.
19. Apart from any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal or permanent injury or loss of life; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way from this Promotion.
20. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities between the English, Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese language versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
21. DFS may change, add, amend, cancel, remove or otherwise modify this Promotion at any time without prior notice. Please visit DFS.com for the latest update of this Promotion and its Terms and Conditions.
22. If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of DFS, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, DFS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
23. In case of any disputes, DFS reserves the right to make the final decision.
24. In the event any receipt used in connection with this Promotion is determined by DFS to have been obtained fraudulently or to be a reprint or copy of an original receipt, DFS shall have the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to cancel the issuance of any prize.
EXCLUSIVE ALIPAY GIFT COUPONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Promotion Period: July 15 to August 31, 2021
2. Alipay users can register with Alipay or scan the QR code in-store and when the user checks out with Alipay and spends the designated amount in a single purchase at the participating stores, the digital gift coupon will be issued to the user’s Wallet automatically: a RMB180 gift coupon upon a purchase of RMB5,000 or more; a RMB50 gift coupon upon a purchase of RMB2,000 or more.
It will be automatically redeemed in the next transaction by spending a designated amount on the purchase: redeem a RMB180 gift coupon upon a purchase of RMB2,000 or more; redeem a RMB50 gift coupon upon a purchase of RMB800 or more, and it shall not apply in conjunction with any other existing DFS promotional offers.
3. Each Eligible User can receive either the RMB50 or RMB180 gift coupon no more than once during the Promotion Period.
4. Each gift coupon will expire within 7 days upon the date of issue and the validity period is shown on the gift coupon. The gift coupon will become invalid once expired.
5. Each gift coupon is non-transferable and cannot be split into separate purchases or be exchanged for cash or any product. This offer may be redeemed in conjunction with Alipay promotional offers but not entitled to join any other promotions of DFS Group.
6. 7. Promotion rules:
7.1 The Promotion is only applicable to users with a Mainland China account and ID verification with a valid phone number linked to the account.
7.2 The Promotion is only entitled to a single transaction of RMB2,000 or more.
7.3 Each user can enjoy this offer no more than once during the promotion period. “Each user” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses Alipay application and Wallet service, but not merely an Alipay account. The relevant accounts will be deemed to be used by the same users and can only participate in this Promotion once in the following circumstances:
- Connection on the same mobile phone or mobile device, such as logging in or activation of multiple accounts; or
- Connection of an Alipay account or mobile number on multiple mobile phones or mobile devices, such as logging in or activation of multiple accounts; or
- The same credit card number being connected to multiple Alipay account.
In case of any of the above, in order to verify the Eligible User’s identity and prevent the risk of the theft or misuse of such Alipay account, mobile phone, mobile device or credit card number, Alipay reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of the Promotional Offer to the relevant account.
7.4 In case of a refund transaction, only the actual amount paid by user will be returned (gift coupon amount is not included) and no redeemed coupons will be returned.
