1. The DFS Win Your Millionaire Moment Lucky Draw! (“Promotion”) is organized by DFS Cotai Limitada, a company registered under the laws of Macau SAR with its office address at 1033S1 & 1033S2, Shoppes at Venetian, The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel Estrada da Baía de N. Senhora da Esperança, s/n, Cotai Strip™, Taipa, Macao SAR, P.R. China (“DFS”).
2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and all participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
3. To be eligible for the Promotion, an individual must be a member of DFS CIRCLE and have linked their DFS CIRCLE membership with either the DFS CIRCLE WeChat Mini Program or DFS CIRCLE mobile application.
4.DFS employees and their immediate family are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
Promotion Participation
5. The Promotion will run from 26th September 2024 until 7th October 2024 (both days inclusive) ("Promotional Period").
6. To participate in the Promotion, participants must complete all steps below on the same day within the Promotional Period:
(a) Present their DFS CIRCLE membership and make a single net purchase of MOP888 or more (“Qualifying Purchase”) at DFS Macau, City of Dreams (“Participating Store”);
(b) Obtain QR code(s) (“Entry QR Code(s)”) issued at the DFS cashier in the Participating Store after making the Qualifying Purchase;
(c) Visit the designated lucky draw machine (“Lucky Draw Machine”) with the original receipt of the Qualifying Purchase and the Entry QR Code(s) at the same Participating Store where the Qualifying Purchase has been made; and
(d) Scan the Entry QR Code(s) at the Lucky Draw Machine and follow the instruction as indicated to participate in the lucky draw.
* The following categories and/or brands are excluded from the Qualifying Purchase:
- Fashion:Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Dior
7. Only machine-printed receipts featuring DFS entity name, receipt number, transaction number, transaction date and amount of transaction will be accepted for entry into the Promotion. Revised, re-printed, copied, photocopied, handwritten, damaged, altered, or fraudulently obtained (as determined by DFS) receipts are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
8. Every single transaction meeting the Qualifying Purchase is entitled to one (1) Entry QR code for one (1) chance to enter the lucky draw. Every Qualifying Purchase which was fully or partially settled by designated shopping mall gift voucher is entitled to an extra Entry QR code for another one (1) chance to enter the lucky draw. Subject to the foregoing, every single transaction is entitled to a maximum of two (2) chances to enter the lucky draw.
9. Participants are required to keep the original receipt of the Qualifying Purchase for the purpose of Prize redemption.

Winning notification and redemption details:
11. Winners are selected via computerized random selection and will be immediately notified of their Prize through display on the Lucky Draw Machine.
12. Winners must present the valid original receipt of Qualifying Purchase and Entry QR Code to redeem their Prize at a designated counter in the Participating Store on the same day as their winning notification. The Prize or entitlement for collection of the Prize (as the case may be) will be distributed to the winner of the Prize immediately.
13. Prizes are stricly for personal use; they cannot be resold nor exchanged for cash or used for any commercial purposes whatsoever.
14. A Prize, or any part of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable for any other benefits, including, without limitation, DFS gift cards, cash or other monetary value, store credits, membership points, any complimentary services or other promotions in any kind, unless otherwise expressly specified.
15. If a Winner seeks refund for item(s) they purchased in the Qualifying Purchase to which resulted in them winning the Prize, such refunds shall only be processed on the basis that the participant also returns the Prize in its original, unused, unopened, and undamaged state.
Other DFS’ rights
16. DFS reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to conduct verifications about the participants (including a participant’s identity).
17. DFS reserves the right to, at its discretion, exclude or disqualify, without prior notice, any participant or entry, in circumstances where DFS has reason to believe that the participant is ineligible, has breached a provision of these Terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other serious misconduct that has jeopardised the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.
Personal Data
18. All winners to the Prizes listed in clause 10.(a) to (r) must agree to sign an acknowledgement letter and allow DFS to take photos of them at the time of collection of the Prize for record and promotional purposes; and all photos taken can be used for promotional purposes in any channel and media by DFS for one (1) year without remuneration. If the winner does not agree, it will result in disqualification for the Prize.

Limitation of liabilities
21. Each participant acknowledges that:
a. participants bear all costs associated with entering this Promotion; DFS is not liable for errors in information transmission or Prize-related issues post redemption; and
b. DFS is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or other errors (whether technical or otherwise) that may occur in the course of conducting the Promotion.
c. DFS is not the supplier of the Prizes. Any enquiry or complaint in relation to the Prize should be directed to the relevant supplier. DFS declines all responsibility for direct or indirect damage, whether foreseeable or not, caused during the use of a Prize.
d. DFS does not offer any warranty or accept any liability for and on behalf of any third party in relation to the use of a Prize. Winners, by accepting a Prize, acknowledge and accept that use of a Prize is at their own risk.
22. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, DFS (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any damage, expenses, costs, liability, injury, claims, or loss whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
General
23. DFS reserves the sole right to interpret these Terms and such interpretation shall be final and conclusive.
24. In case of any disputes, DFS reserves the right to make the final decision.
25. In the event of conflicts or inconsistencies between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
26. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision in these Terms shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue to be valid and binding.
27. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Macau SAR and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of Macau SAR.
