Marc Tetro

Marc Tetro's passion for animals inspired and informed his work from an early age. The award-winning artist, author and illustrator began his artistic career by drawing graphic images on T-shirts as a summer job. In 1995, the Disney Company became his licensing agent. He is the first living artist to receive that honor. A self-taught artist with a career spanning over 30 years, his notable commissions include the Guggenheim Museum The World Wildlife Fund and Yellowstone National Park. His original art has been seen on the set of NBC's Friends and INUK, the children’s animated series based on his art, has be seen in over 35 countries around the world. Marc currently lives in New York City.
