DFS CIRCLE Online Travel Booking Platform and How to Participate
1. Members can earn DFS CIRCLE Reward Points and Tier Points by making Eligible Travel Transaction(s) (as defined below) with DFS’s designated travel booking site(s) (“Travel Partner(s)”) through affiliated link(s) on DFS CIRCLE APP or WeChat Mini Program ("Travel Booking Program").
2. The current Travel Partners are Trip.com (via DFS CIRCLE APP) and Ctrip (via WeChat Mini Program). DFS reserves the right to update the list of Travel Partners from time to time.
3. “Eligible Travel Transaction(s)” means a transaction fulfilling all of the following:
a. Members must purchase and/or book the eligible travel products and/or services with the designated entrance point provided within the DFS CIRCLE APP or WeChat Mini Program and complete the transaction in accordance with the relevant instructions therein. Points will not be earned for purchases and/or bookings made directly on the Travel Partners’ site(s).
b. Eligible travel products and services provided from Trip.com include Hotels, Car Rental, Train, Activities Tickets and Airport Transfers completed or used by 31st May 2025.
c. Eligible travel products and services provided from Ctrip include Hotels, Airport Transfers and Cruises completed or used by 31st May 2025.
d. Eligible Travel Transaction excludes any amount paid using coupons and/or any non-applicable amounts as determined by Partners.
e. Eligible Travel Transaction excludes any refund, cancellations, or no-show.
4. DFS is not a travel agent nor a provider of any travel product(s) and/or service(s) on the Travel Partner’s travel booking site(s) and has no responsibility for such travel product(s) and/or service(s) provided or not provided by any party. All travel product(s) and/or service(s) are provided and subject to the terms and conditions specified by the Travel Partner(s) and relevant supplier(s). It is the Member’s responsibility to check those applicable terms and conditions before making a booking with the Travel Partner(s) (including but not limited to any refund and cancellation policies).
5. Members, subject to their respective DFS CIRLCE membership tier(s), can earn Points by meeting the following qualifying spending in each Eligible Travel Transaction:
a. Reward Points earning
◾ For every HKD/RMB 10 spent at the Eligible Transaction in hotel categories, Members will earn:
Ambassador (by invitation only) – 5 Reward Points
Diamond – 4 Reward Points
Platinum – 3 Reward Points
Gold – 2 Reward Points
Silver – 1 Reward Point
◾ For every HKD/RMB 20 spent at the Eligible Transaction in non-hotel categories, all Members will earn 1 Reward Point
b. Tier Points earning
◾ For every HKD/RMB 10 spent at the Eligible Transaction on both hotel and non-hotel categories, all Members will earn 1 Tier Point.
c. If Members settle payment in a foreign (non-HKD) currency on Trip.com, the exchange rates used for calculating the number of Points may be different from the displayed amount. DFS reserves the absolute rights to determine the Points entitlement.
6. Members should retain the receipt or transaction record of the Eligible Travel Transaction until the related Points and Tier Points have been successfully credited to their account.
7. Prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to availability and change. Please refer to Travel Partners to confirm availability, prices and applicable terms and conditions.
8. Travel product or service cancellation and prepayment policies may vary. Please refer to relevant policies upon reservation.
9. Points earned under the Travel Booking Program will be credited to the Member’s DFS CIRCLE account within 120 days upon the completion of the relevant travel products and/or services of the Eligible Travel Transaction(s) (e.g. completed the hotel stays or flights arrived at the final stop).
10. All access to the Travel Partner’s site(s) or any other third-party Internet site or resource through a hyperlink within DFS CIRCLE APP or WeChat Mini Program is done so at the Member’s own risk. The contents, accuracy, opinions expressed and additional links listed on those sites are not investigated, verified, monitored or endorsed by DFS. DFS denies any responsibility for the accuracy, contents, availability or omission of information found on sites that link to or from the DFS CIRCLE APP. Members are advised to make all enquiries and investigation before proceeding with any access or transaction with the Partner(s) or any other third party. DFS does not warrant the security of any information you may forward or be requested to provide to any third party.
11. DFS shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of any access to or interaction with the Travel Partner(s) or any other third party via DFS CIRCLE APP or WeChat Mini Program.
