CONFITURE PARISIENNE

In 2015, Nadège Gaultier and Laura Goninet founded Confiture Parisienne to bring that forgotten Parisian tradition back to life. In their production and tasting atelier in the heart of the 12th arrondissement, they prepare artisanal jams while you watch, coaxing intense, unexpected and disruptive flavors out of fruit, spices and even vegetables. They also concoct exceptional recipes in collaboration with renowned chefs, just to keep discerning gourmets guessing.
