Within a sleek pop-up styled with splashes of neon, discover a mouth-watering menu of sumptuous cream puffs made by Mathieu Mandard — pastry chef and award-winner of France's best dessert.

Made fresh and without any artificial colors at Mathieu Mandard's very own test kitchen in central Paris, Bulliz' signature fluffy choux pastries are flavored with Madagascan vanilla, salted caramel, chocolate, hazelnut, lemon, passion fruit and coconut, pistachio and orange blossom, or tiramisu.
And exclusively for Samaritaine, Bulliz has created an all-new choux pastry flavored with rose, raspberry and hibiscus. It's delicate, fresh and decorated in this season's colors! And for that next-level luxury, why not garnish your choux with a dollop of vanilla Chantilly cream or some caramelized pecans? Whatever topping takes your fancy, your wish is their command.

To accompany your choux, Bulliz is offering either a cocktail of freshly squeezed juice or a coffee from French coffee roastery Brûlerie Caron. Tempt your taste buds with this gourmet snack!
