Human Resources, Strategy & Business Development

Whether participating in the Global HR or Strategy & Business Development tracks, Management Trainees get exposure to one of these two fields to start their journey with DFS before they get an opportunity to learn our retail business and lead a team there.

Management Trainees in these two tracks will also get exposure to other global teams in our corporate head office before graduating after 18 months into a management role in one of our many global head office teams.
