The Giant Advent Calendar

This year, the department store is planning to spoil you once again for the holiday season! The giant advent calendar, an extravagant and now iconic event at Samaritaine, is back for its third consecutive year. From the start of December until Christmas, Samaritaine will open a door on its advent calendar to reveal an extraordinary fashion, jewelry, food or beauty-related gift — and there's even a trip to Tahiti to be won! Simply scan your receipt near the Concierge, and you could be the lucky winner. What more could you need to get you into the Christmas spirit?

A Showstopping Chandelier and a Trove of Sweet Treats

Gab Bois has created a colossal candy chandelier that's sure to make your mouth water and your eyes light up! Overflowing with exuberance, this masterpiece is exquisite and appetizing in equal measure. Just to keep us guessing, Gab Bois will also be leaving some clues on her Instagram account, to lead you on a merry treasure hunt that's sure to intrigue even the most inquisitive minds. Could you be the one to find the six hidden gifts scattered throughout the store? Keep your eyes peeled; Gab Bois's red and white candies have also found their way onto every floor.

A Wondrous Walkway

Lose yourself in our bright, immersive walkway draped in curtains of light and candy garlands! Explore this bright and festive realm and let yourself be carried away in a whirl of sounds and sparkles, with Devialet speakers for an immersive sound experience. A truly brilliant work of art, to which Gab Bois has also added her mischievous touch.

A Succulent Spread in the Photo Studio

This year, Santa Claus is enjoying a delicious Christmas dinner in Samaritaine's Photo Studio! Take a seat beside him for a souvenir snap, at a table decorated with a work by Gab Bois that pays tribute to French hospitality. If you spot him in the store, he might even give you a card signed by our artist of the season. Want to try your luck? Write down your dream gift, and don't forget to pop it in his mailbox.
