Santa Lucia station: destination Venice

Immerse yourself in a completely different atmosphere by scanning the QR code displayed in the space, a replica of the city’s iconic Italian railway station. You’ll be led to a platform where you can wander around at your leisure in search of your clue. Keep your eyes peeled!

Grand Canal, along the water

All the romance of Venice, just for you! Take a seat in our gondola and cruise through a setting reminiscent of the Grand Canal. Fancy a souvenir photo? Pick up your photo or receive it via email and discover the clue hidden inside. One stroll may lead to another!

Carnevale di Venezia

With the ball approaching, it’s time to get ready! This space invites you to stand before our mirror and search for your costume in a carnivalesque setting. Have you found what you’re looking for? The app pairs your face with the Carnevale costume of your dreams, then sends you the photo via email. Study the image well. Our clue is waiting to be found! Take the opportunity to admire the exhibition of handcrafted Venetian masks and costumes.

Have you found the three clues? Jot them down on your Investigation card and drop it in the yellow letterbox at the Conciergerie, located on the ground floor, Pont-Neuf side. A drawing will reveal whether you’ve been lucky enough to win a Paris-Venice trip for two!
