To celebrate the festive season, Maison Château Rouge presents its very own pop-up at Samaritaine.
For two months, the brand from Paris' 18th arrondissement will take up residence on the ground floor of the Rue de Rivoli building.
Throughout this season, you'll find a space devoted to fashion and accessories, featuring the brand's new ready-to-wear collection made from fabrics developed in Paris, Abidjan, Bamako and Dakar. The collection will include their flagship wax print pieces, including the Abacost shirt, the renowned "Château Rouge" top, the upcycled patchwork Diakhass line and the casual "Barber" capsule collection, inspired by images of West African hair stylists. A selection that pays tribute to the brand's African heritage and ensures you'll stand out from the crowd in your New Year's Eve outfit!
Maison Château Rouge is also a lifestyle brand, with the goal of making interiors modern and stylish, while celebrating African craftsmanship and high-quality materials. In addition to their range of fashion items, the brand has several decorative pieces – from woven items with Pet Lamp and Baba Tree, to ceramics with Jade Paton, Ibkki and even Tinja, as well as recycled plastic, beaded or solid wood chairs from Bibi Seck, CSAO and Pols Potten.
The pop-up store will include a mini market area featuring exclusive collaborations with OMY, Papier Tigre and Plaq, cushions and CSAO tote bags embroidered by talented Senegalese artisans and other MCR goodies. A nice selection of gift ideas that will be sure to impress under your Christmas tree!
Throughout the holiday season, don't forget to attend various events and workshops throughout November and December!
