• With this voucher, you are entitled to one-night complimentary standard room at Radisson Golf & Convention Center Batam during the voucher validity period.
• This voucher is valid from 11 November 2022 until 31 March 2023, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, 25 to 26 December, 2022, 1 to 2 January, 2023, 22 to 24 January, 2023. For the avoidance of doubts, the last day of check-in is 30 March, 2023.
• This voucher is redeemable only with ferry tickets purchased between 11 November 2022 and 30 March 2023 (both days inclusive) through Majestic Fast Ferry’s official website (www.majesticfastferry.com.sg) or at Majestic Fast Ferry ticket counters.

• With this voucher, when you purchase one (1) one-way Majestic Fast Ferry economy class ticket between Singapore and Batam, you are entitled to free upgrade to business class during the voucher validity period.

"Sure-Win Lucky Drawer" Promotion (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)
1. The Promotion is organized by DFS Venture Singapore (Pte) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Singapore, with its office address at 750 Chai Chee Road, #02-01 to 05, ESR BizPark at Chai Chee, Singapore 469000 (“DFS”).
2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Promotion and How to Participate
3. The Promotion runs on November 11, 12, 13, and November 18, 19, 20, 2022 or until stock of prizes lasts, whichever is earlier (“Promotional Period”).
4. To participate in the Promotion, participants must complete the following steps on the same day, during the Promotional Period:
a. Visit DFS Singapore Cruise Centre, Harbourfront (“Participating Store”) and make a single net purchase of SG$150 or more in-Participating Store (“Qualifying Purchase”);
b. Present the original valid receipt for the Qualifying Purchase at the Promotion counter in the Participating Store;
c. Pick and open one drawer of the Promotion shelf (“Lucky Drawer”) to get a voucher to redeem the Prize (as define below) (“Voucher”).
5. A valid receipt for a Qualifying Purchase must be machine-printed and contain (i) the name and (ii) the number of DFS or merchant (as the case may be), receipt number, transaction number, transaction date and amount of transaction.
6. Revised, re-printed, copied, photocopied, handwritten, damaged, altered, or fraudulently obtained (at DFS’ sole appreciation) receipt are not acceptable.
7. Each participant is entitled to only one (1) chance to participate in the Promotion per day during the Promotional Period. However, a participant may participate in the Promotion on other day(s) during the Promotional Period by making Qualifying Purchase(s) on such other day(s).
Prizes:
8. The prizes (“Prize(s)”) consist of:
a. One-night complimentary standard room at Radisson Golf & Convention Center Batam (retail value: SG$100) x 15.
b. Buy 1 Get 1 Free Majestic Fast Ferry Business Class Ticket (One-way) (retail value: SG$20) x 150.
c. Majestic Fast Ferry Ticket Free Upgrade to Business Class (One-way) (retail value: SG$20) x 100.

9. Each participant is entitled to only one (1) Prize per day during the Promotional Period, while stocks of Prizes last.
10. Each participant will be notified of the Prize s/he has won immediately after opening the Lucky Drawer.
11. The Prizes will be randomly awarded on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.
12. The Prizes are sponsored by Majestic Fast Ferry Pte Limited.
13. The redemption of the Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions printed on the Vouchers and the Majestic Fast Ferry Pte Limited’s terms and conditions. The winners of the Prizes (“Winner(s)”) may be required to provide proof of identification when collecting and/or redeeming the Prizes.
14. If a Prize (or part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond DFS’ control, DFS, to the extent permitted by law, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of a Prize) with a prize that in DFS’ discretion is determined to be of equal or similar value and that is reasonably similar to the original Prize.
15. A Prize, or any part of the Prize, is not exchangeable for any other benefits, including, without limitation, DFS gift cards, cash or other monetary value, store credits, membership points, any complimentary services or other promotions in any kind, unless otherwise expressly specified.
16. All the Prizes may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial purposes whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial use may result in Prize forfeiture.
17. Should the Prize remain unredeemed after the expiry of the validity period set forth in the Voucher, the Winner forfeits the Prize and DFS reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to attribute the Prize to one of the reserve entries, if applicable.
18. If a Winner seeks refund for items they purchased in the Qualifying Purchase to which resulted in them winning the Prize, such refund shall only be processed on the basis that the Winner also returns the Voucher in its original, unused, unopened, and undamaged state.
Changes to the Promotion and other DFS’ rights
19. DFS reserves the right to, at its discretion:
a. modify these Terms and Conditions;
b. modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion and any aspect of it, including but not limited to, the process and timing.
DFS may exercise such right in circumstances, such as but not limited to, circumstances where the Promotion is interfered with or not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any unforeseeable circumstances beyond DFS’ reasonable control, including but not limited to, technical errors, unauthorised intervention or fraud.
20. DFS will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions or the Promotion by publishing the amended Terms and Conditions or updated Promotion information, as applicable, on DFS.com.
21. DFS reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to conduct verifications about the participants (including a participant’s identity).
22. DFS reserves the right to, at its discretion, exclude or disqualify, without prior notice, any participant or entry, including but not limited to, in circumstances where DFS has reason to believe that the participant is ineligible, has breached a provision of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other serious misconduct that has jeopardised the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.
Personal Data
23. Participants acknowledge that all personal data provided by them (if any) are collected, processed, stored and/or used in accordance with DFS’ Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.dfs.com/en/privacy-policy.
24. DFS may ask participants to allow DFS to use participants’ information such as their name, likeness, image and/ or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) without remuneration, for DFS internal reports.
25. In addition, DFS may ask participants to allow DFS to use their name, likeness, image and/ or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for one (1) year without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting the Promotion (including any outcome) and promoting products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by DFS.

Participants’ acknowledgements and obligations, limitation of liabilities
27. Each participant acknowledges that:
a. DFS is not responsible for any incorrect or in any incorrect or inaccurate information or other errors that may occur in the course of conducting the Promotion;
b. DFS accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
28. Any representation, warranty, condition or undertaking that would be implied in these Terms and Conditions by legislation, common law, equity, trade, custom or usage is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
29. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, DFS (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any damage, expenses, costs, liability, injury, claims, or loss whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
General
30. Failure by DFS to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. DFS’ legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved.
31. These Terms and Conditions are provided in English and Simplified Chinese languages. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
32. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
33. If a dispute arises between the participant and DFS, DFS encourages participants to try and resolve the dispute by first contacting DFS to seek a resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved, then the participant and DFS irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
