Husband-and-wife team Chef Ori Menashe and Pastry Chef Genevieve Gergis have created a multi-regional Italian restaurant to be envied and indulged in. A true mom-and-pop restaurant, built on dedication and an attention to detail, Bestia even has its own house-cured meats program and salumi bar. It is here, in a brick-and-metal-based industrial interior gently lit by edison bulbs, that the triple entente of pizza, pasta and salumi of rustic Italian dining is executed with gastronomic brilliance.
