Sophisticated partying is no stranger to Bali’s nightlife scene, but Charlie Bar & Kitchen does things with a twist, largely thanks to the dangerously quaffable cocktails by mixologist Carson Quinn. Among his innovations are homemade syrups and hand-carved ice cubes, which take the bar’s refreshing concoctions to another level. Though bringing a cosmopolitan edge to the proceedings, Charlie Bar is totally Balinese with its welcoming, laid-back atmosphere, whatever the hour.
