Lord Stow’s Bakery and Café is a fixture in Macau’s food scene. It is known for baker, Andrew Stow’s, famed egg tart, which offers and Englishman’s take on a traditional Portuguese staple. The café opened in 1989 as a small village shop with a simple philosophy of providing fresh, healthy and high quality food to the city’s people. The egg tart soon gained a loyal following of foodies and became a visible export from Macau.
