Built on the idea of reviving traditional Cambodian recipes that were lost during the Khmer Rouge in the 1970s, Master Chef Luu Meng brings modern flair to classic foods at Malis, his elegant two-story restaurant in Siem Reap. Overlooking the Siem Reap River, the restaurant offers a tasteful outdoor patio surrounded by a garden and water pond setting. (Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows offers picturesque views as well). On the menu, you’ll find crab fried rice, fish amok, and other signature dishes, all of which combine rich textures with fragrant ingredients.
