Well apportioned on a signature silver platter, chef Gemayel Hemeram’s thoughtful assortment of bold tastes and contrasting textures—replete with dal, kadhi, rice, chutney, curry, and more—showcases the simple beauty and balance found in classic vegetarian dishes.
