She took a quick break from scouting next season’s hottest trends to talk all things Singapore — exclusively for DFS.
Landing at Changi Airport is such an incredible feeling. When I was a kid I used to go visit Singapore every summer, so I always get such a shiver of joy whenever I step foot in Singapore.
One place I would recommend is their incredible Botanical Gardens. They have the most exotic plants you'll ever see, and for a great cocktail I always go to the Fullerton Hotel.
Singapore is one of the best places on earth to eat great food. A hawker stall is the equivalent of a food cart, and hawker culture in Singapore is fast and furious. I'll head over to Farrer Road Market to eat my favorite dish, chili crab, with copious amounts of chili sauce and mee pok dry — freshly made noodles with a little bit of beef and some soup on the side with some veggies. I could go on for days!
