DFS CIRCLE global luxury membership program is provided by DFS Group Limited and its affiliated companies (“DFS”).
These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Conditions”) govern the relationship between DFS and members of DFS CIRCLE membership program (“Members”).
DFS loyalty membership program (“DFS CIRCLE” or “Program”) consists of five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Ambassador (“Tier(s)”). The Ambassador Tier is by invitation only, based on objective criteria such as purchase history, customer activity, loyalty and engagement. A membership account is valid for a 365-day membership cycle from the membership sign-up date (“Membership Cycle”).
The Program is offered to customers aged 18 years old and above.
DFS CIRCLE membership digital card ("Card"), entitles the members of DFS CIRCLE (“Member(s)”) to enjoy the Program benefits and rewards determined by DFS from time to time, subject to the Conditions herein.
Members shall use the Card solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Multiple membership accounts are not allowed and DFS reserves the right to merge, modify or terminate duplicated accounts belonging to the same Member.
Members will not be assigned a membership Tier based solely on a purchase of tobacco products or alcoholic beverages in certain locations.
Customers can sign up to the Program at any DFS store (via a QR Code), via DFS CIRCLE Mobile APP or online here.
Members who sign-up to the Program will earn Reward Points (“Points”) on their purchases on the same day. The Points will be credited to the Member’s account within 7 (seven) days.
New Members are entitled to receive a one-time welcome bonus of 500 Points on their first transaction made within 30 days from the sign-up date in any Participating Stores and Brands. The welcome bonus Points will be deducted from a Member account upon return or refund of the items purchased on the first transaction and cannot be awarded on the next transaction.

Terms and conditions for specific DFS CIRCLE privileges:
Birthday Bonus Points: qualified Members will receive the following birthday bonus Points on the first transaction during their birthday month at a Participating Store and Brand:
Ambassador / Diamond Members – 6 Points
Platinum Members – 5 Points
Gold Members – 4 Points
Silver Members – 4 Points / 3 Points for Members purchasing in Hong Kong, Macau or Chongqing
To qualify for the birthday bonus Points, Members must be existing Members, who joined DFS CIRCLE at least one month before their birthday month. Members who sign-up during their birthday month cannot enjoy the birthday bonus Point on the year of the sign-up. No birthday bonus Points will be credited to a Member’s account if the birth date is not provided in the Member account or if the birth date is declared after the transaction. The birthday bonus Points can only be enjoyed once per year.
Airport Lounge Pass: Gold and above Members are entitled to receive one Airport Lounge Pass per rolling 365 days in a selection of airport lounges worldwide (click here for the selection of lounges). This offer is only accessible via DFS CIRCLE Mobile App, DFS.com Member Portal or via DFS Official WeChat Mini Program in the “Wallet” section.
Airport Lounge Pass cannot be converted into cash, be transferred, delayed, exchanged, or returned. Qualified Members must be physically at selected participating lounge entry point with a valid identification coinciding with boarding pass name to be allowed to enter the lounge. The Airport Lounge Pass is a single-entry pass strictly personal to the Member, that do not include family or friends.
Members can only enjoy the Airport Lounge Pass privilege once per rolling 12-month period (365 days) and cannot enjoy the offer multiple times if Members change Tiers status during the said period.
The Airport Lounge Pass is administered through a third-party service provider PRIORITY PASS (A.P.) LIMITED. Members agree that agrees that by using the Airport Lounge Pass, Members agree to and accept PRIORITY PASS (A.P.) LIMITED Conditions of Use accessible here.
Complementary Transport Services: Diamond and Ambassador Members are entitled to complementary transport services between DFS stores and in-town destination on the day of purchase at DFS (within reasonable distance depending on the country and DFS store location). The service is strictly nominative and can only be used by eligible Members and their companions, subject to the maximum car capacity.
Availability may be subject to change without prior notice. DFS is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property resulting from the use of the complementary transport service.
Prestige Lounge Access: Diamond and Ambassador Members are entitled to an access to DFS Prestige Lounge in Store (with a maximum of 2 guests for Diamond Members). Depending on Store location, Lounge capacity and activity in the Store, DFS reserves the right to limit the number of guests per Member. The final decision is at the discretion to the Store General Manager.
CHANGING TIERS STATUS AND RENEWAL
A Qualifying Spend is recorded in the form of “Tier Points” based on the net transaction amount (i.e. transaction amount less applicable taxes, discounts, refunds, predefined DFS conversion rate and other adjustments) during a Membership Cycle. “Tier Points” earned from every Qualifying Spend is based on the transaction amount in local currency converted at a predefined DFS conversion rate provided below.

If the Member has earned enough Tier Points to qualify for a higher Tier on rolling 365-day basis, the Member Tier will be upgraded to the respective Tier, except for the Ambassador Tier (by invitation only). If an upgraded Member seeks a refund of the transaction that had qualified for the Tier upgrade, the Member will be downgraded to the lower tier with immediate effect and DFS reserves the right to cancel any privileges or points granted upon the upgrade.
If the Member does not earn enough Tier Points to remain in the existing Tier during the Membership Cycle, the Member Tier will be updated to the respective Tier according to past Membership Cycle.
A change in Tier will renew the Member’s Membership Cycle for an additional 365-day term from the day of change. Members can check their Tier status and Points balance on DFS CIRCLE Mobile App, DFS Official WeChat Mini Program or dfs.com.
REWARD POINTS EARNING
Members may earn Points on Qualifying Spend by presenting their Card at any participating DFS and T Galleria stores worldwide (“Participating Stores”). Unless otherwise stated, Click here for a list of participating stores and brands. The sales associates in Participating Stores may ask to see the Member’s valid photo ID to verify their identity.
Selected items are not eligible for earning and/or redeeming Points. Please check with sales associates in-store for the list of exclusions. Points may not have been credited to a Member’s account if the Member’s Card was not presented during the Qualifying Spend. Member can claim missing Points by submitting a request within 6 months from the Qualifying Spend. Upon presentation of the Card, sales receipt and proof of payment, DFS will credit the missing Points to the Member’s account within 6 weeks from the date of request. No Points may be earned for purchases made more than 1 month prior to the Member’s enrolment in the Program.
Points earned are based on the amount spent in local currency calculated at a predefined DFS conversion rate in the table reproduced below after deducting taxes, discounts, the value of any Points or gift certificates/vouchers or any equivalent form of payment used in the transaction.
Members cannot earn Points when purchasing services (e.g. restaurants, salon services, etc.), items from selected brands/boutiques, non-eligible categories such as Tobacco and Liquor (where applicable laws prohibit such earning/redemption or if DFS decides in its sole discretion not to allow such earning and/or redemption in any such jurisdiction(s)), any fees or taxes or any portion of their purchase made using Points or gift cards/certificates.
Points cannot be earned on products purchases that are determined to exceed the following “Reasonable Use Guidelines” that are subject to change by DFS at any time without notice: Beauty purchases may not exceed 6 pieces per item or 24 pieces per month. Watches & Jewelry purchases may not exceed 3 pieces per item for any brand or more than 4 transactions per month. Fashion purchases may not exceed 3 pieces per item, sales exclusions apply. Any misuse of the Card that does not comply with the Reasonable Use Guidelines may result in the permanent termination of the Member’s membership account, resulting in the loss of all Points earned, without any right to compensation.
Points will be credited to the Member’s account within 7 days from the Qualifying Spend.

The number of Points earned for every Qualifying Spend is based on the Member’s Tier listed below:
Ambassador (by invitation only) – 4 Points

Platinum – 3 Points
Gold – 2 Points
Silver – 2 Points (except for Hong Kong, Macau and Chongqing: 1 Point)

The number of Points credited to the Member’s account is calculated by multiplying the Qualifying Spend in local currency converted at a predefined DFS conversion rate stated above with the Points multiplier based on the Member’s Tier. When a Member returns a purchase, the same calculation is used to determine the number of Points that will be deducted from the Member’s outstanding Points balance.
Points earned for a purchase made on dfs.com or DFS Official WeChat Mini Program will be issued within 24 hours after the order is fulfilled and collected in Participating Stores upon presentation of the Member’s Card.
Members can redeem Points directly on a transaction with a minimum of 2,000 Points. Redemption can only be done in multiples of 100 Points.

Points can be redeemed to purchase merchandise in-store at Participating Stores. Unless otherwise stated, . Click here for a list of participating stores and brands.
Points cannot be redeemed for any purchase made via Official Website www.dfs.com, DFS Official WeChat Mini Program, Guided Shopping Platform or any other DFS online platforms, with the exceptions below:
1. Official Website www.dfs.com in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Okinawa, Guam and Saipan
2. Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR Official WeChat Mini Program
3. Guided Shopping Platform in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Okinawa, Guam and Saipan
Members must present their Card when they redeem the Points to purchase merchandise at any of the Participating Stores, DFS online platforms or when they collect the merchandise purchased via the DFS online platforms at the Participating Store. The sales associate in-store may ask to see the Member’s valid photo ID to verify their identity. Redeemed Points cannot be restored and Points earned are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
Points can only be redeemed by the Member presenting the Card. DFS is not liable for any Points claimed to have been redeemed by any person other than the Member. DFS’s records shall be conclusive as to the Points balance or deficit in a Member’s account.
DEDUCTION OF POINTS FOR REFUNDS
If the Member returns a product for which Points were earned, DFS reserves the right to deduct from their account the number of Points earned in the original purchase transaction. If the Member does not have sufficient outstanding Points to accommodate the returned purchase, or their latest account Point balance is negative, the store will process an exchange instead of a refund.
Transactions paid for by using Points, gifts or Point vouchers in full or in part are not eligible for monetary refunds. Only a product exchange of equal value will be allowed for such transactions.
POINTS EXPIRY AND MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Points credited to the Member’s account are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of the Qualifying Spend.
Members may terminate their membership account at any time via DFS CIRCLE Mobile App, by sending an email at DFSCIRCLE@dfs.com or in-store.
DFS may terminate a Member’s account at any time if DFS believes that a Member:
(i) breached any of these Conditions,
(ii) misused DFS CIRCLE Program, Privileges, Rewards and Benefits, or
(iii) is involved in suspected fraud or misconduct.
DFS may also terminate a Member’s account if the ensuing sales and services to a Member would constitute a breach of any applicable law on international commercial and economic sanctions (i.e. embargos, international financial sanctions and export/import controls) or violations of LVMH Group Policy in relation to international sanctions.
Upon termination of a Membership account, all accumulated and unredeemed Points shall be forfeited.
DFS reserves the right to terminate any duplicate Membership accounts and cancel the Points balance.
Termination of Membership for whatever reason shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies of DFS and the Member as at the date of termination.
DFS shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with DFS CIRCLE membership program, the provision of any services, the provision or the refusal to provide any rewards or benefits.
DFS may update or revise these Conditions, global rewards and benefits at any time and such updating and/or revisions will be effective immediately upon publication of the amended version (“New Terms”) on dfs.com, Hong Kong DFS Official WeChat Mini Program or DFS CIRCLE mobile App (the “Site”).
DFS will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from any amendment to the Program or to these Conditions.
These Conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding of DFS and a Member in respect of DFS CIRCLE membership program and supersede all prior written or oral representations, agreements or understandings between them relating to the subject matter of these Conditions.
Should any provision of these Conditions be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these Conditions. All provisions not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.
In the event of inconsistency between the English version of these Conditions and any translated version of these Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
APPLICABLE LAW, MEDIATION, AND JURISDICTION
Unless otherwise provided in the sections below, these Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Italy. Any dispute that may arise in relation to the participation in DFS CIRCLE membership program shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Venice.
ITALY - SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
The following provisions only apply to Members who use the Program in Italy.
“DFS” means the entity DFS Italia S.r.L, located at Sestiere Castello 6073 CAP 30122 Venezia, Italy
These Conditions are subject to and governed by the laws in force in Italy.
In the absence of an amicable settlement of any dispute, the Parties agree to submit to the competent jurisdiction.
As an alternative to Court proceedings, a dispute arises between a Member, consumer, and DFS Italia S.r.L, the European Commission makes available the Online Dispute Resolution platform for settling disputes out of Court (Art. 14, par. 1 of EU Regulation 524/2013).
