These General Terms and Conditions govern the "Beauty" services at Fondaco dei Tedeschi through the use of the reservation system provided by Booxi Inc.

The following definitions apply to these General Terms and Conditions, with the understanding that the plural terms shall apply to the singular and vice versa:

Booxi: Booxi Inc., a partner of the LVMH group in providing reservation services, responsible for managing the reservation system for the Services at Fondaco dei Tedeschi.

Client: The individual who makes a reservation for the Service at Fondaco dei Tedeschi via the internet (e.g., websites and tablet/smartphone applications).

Contract: The agreement established between the Client and Fondaco dei Tedeschi and - where applicable - with Booxi, regarding a specific reservation of the Services, governed by these General Terms and Conditions, the various rules indicated in the different stages of the electronic reservation process when applicable, and the warnings stated in the reservation confirmation.

Fondaco dei Tedeschi: The entity where the Services are provided.

Services: The personalized makeup and skincare treatment services as better described on the page https://www.dfs.com/it/venice/service/beauty-services-venice.

Upon completing the reservation process, the Client will receive a reservation confirmation via the email address provided during the reservation phase.

The Services are paid services. The price of the Services is indicated on the Site during the reservation process and in the reservation confirmation and is payable at the end of the service.

Fondaco dei Tedeschi reserves the right to cancel the reservation with a minimum notice of 4 hours communicated to the email address provided during the reservation phase if the provision of the Services becomes impossible due to an event attributable to third parties, even if foreseeable, or due to the Client’s fault (including in case of a delay exceeding 15 minutes from the time indicated in the reservation confirmation) or an event of force majeure (i.e., any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of one of the parties, which prevents the fulfillment of its obligations under these Terms) or any other event beyond the reasonable exclusive control of Fondaco dei Tedeschi.

Even if any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to have full force and effect.
The Contract is subject to Italian law. The court of Venice shall have jurisdiction to decide any and all disputes arising out of or connected with the Contract and these General Terms and Conditions.

These General Terms and Conditions and the various rules indicated in the different stages of the electronic reservation process, when applicable, constitute the entire contractual agreement between the Client and Fondaco dei Tedeschi.

In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, as published in Italian, and the corresponding text published in a foreign language, as well as in the event of a conflict between the Italian and foreign versions of any other content of the Contract, the Italian version shall prevail.
