Services at Beauty Concierge – access to which is currently only available by appointment – are grouped into five categories: skin analysis, skin treatments, makeup consultation, personalised services, and specialty massages.
The skin analysis, which comprises the taking of VISIA® multi-spectral scans of customers’ faces, an advanced technology used by dermatologist to create unique complexion profiles, usually serves as a starting point. From there, customers can then select from a variety of multi-brand skin and makeup treatments administered by professionally trained beauty advisors and makeup artists, and specifically targeted towards their unique profiles. T Galleria Hong Kong is the only retailer of its kind in Hong Kong with an in-house VISIA® machine.
When it comes to purchasing beauty products to take home with them, seasoned and multilingual personal shoppers can help customers select products suitable for their complexion profiles. In yet another personal touch, selected items can also be engraved on site.
