SEPTEMBER 11, 2015 - DFS Group (DFS), the world’s leading luxury travel retailer, will unveil its fifth annual Masters of Wines and Spirits collection in Singapore this November at T Galleria by DFS, Singapore. Masters of Wines and Spirits is the most prestigious retail event of its kind in Asia, showcasing the rarest and finest wine, Champagne and spirits in the world. This year, DFS has curated an astounding collection of over 60 pieces from 47 of the world’s most legendary houses – which will be celebrated throughout the month of November with a series of events at the T Galleria by DFS, Singapore store.

We are also excited to introduce a new category this year bringing exclusively created humidors from some of the leading designers in the world to Masters of Wines and Spirits for the first time.”
The curated collection will be unveiled on November 7, coinciding with DFS’ 55th anniversary as well as Singapore’s 50th year of independence, at an exclusive gala event at T Galleria by DFS, Singapore and will be exhibited in store and available for sale until November 30, 2015. The collection will then be moved to DFS’ flagship wines and spirits duplex store at Singapore’s Changi Airport Terminal 3.
Over 27 rare Armagnacs, baijius, Cognacs, Scotch whiskies and single malt whiskies make up the spirits collection this year. Highlights include the debut of the Martell Hidden Gems, two individual eaux-de-vie dating from 1875 and 1898 that are available for the first time exclusively at Masters of Wines and Spirits, the Macallan Five Decades Collection, featuring five fine and rare vintages created in honor of Singapore’s 50th anniversary, and the Glenfiddich 50 Years Old, bottled at cask strength and crafted exclusively for Masters of Wines and Spirits, only two hand-numbered decanters will ever be created making its rarity and individuality unmatched.
Also key among the standouts are the Glenmorangie Single Cask Collection, a handcrafted display of five extremely rare single cask releases and the only one in existence in the world, the Port Ellen 33 Years Old Single Cask, one of the most sought-after single malt whiskies from the now closed Port Ellen distillery, the Dalmore Five Decades Collection, a unique five-expression collection in honor of Singapore’s 50th year of independence, and Royal Salute The Age Collection, ten subtle blends of ten different ages created in honor of Queen Elizabeth II’s reign and introduced for the first time exclusively at Masters of Wines and Spirits.
The November showcase will also feature over 29 outstanding pieces of exceptional vintage from the wine and Champagne world. These include several remarkable creations from the Champagne and Bordeaux wine regions in France, such as a case of the Chateau Cheval Blanc 1939, in its original wood casing and straw which will be released from the cellar for the first time, the Château Lafite Rothschild SG50 Magnum Vertical, a rare opportunity to enjoy an ex-chateau vertical flight spanning five decades, and the Krug Trilogy of Clos d’Ambonnay 1996-1998-2000, offering the rarest Champagne from three very different vintages.
