DFS Group Transfers Travel Retail Concessions in Los Angeles International Airport and San Francisco International Airport to Duty Free Americas


DFS announced the transfer of its travel retail concessions in Los Angeles International Airport and San Francisco International Airport to Duty Free Americas (DFA). The transfer is expected to close in Q2, subject to customary closing conditions.

DFA, a family-owned and operated business and part of Falic Group, is the largest travel retail operator in the Americas and a leading operator worldwide.

DFS and DFA are fully committed to ensuring a smooth transition, maintaining operational continuity for airports, customers and brand partners, and sustaining the highest standards of retail excellence. The DFS sales and support staff at LAX and SFO, along with warehouse staff will be offered continued employment with DFA.
