條款及細則：

 

1. 於2021年12月1至31日期間，顧客於DFS旗下香港T廣場廣東道店即日以電子貨幣消費每滿HK$3,000，憑最多3張不同商戶/品牌之即日機印發票及相符的電子貨幣付款存根正本（每筆交易金額必須不低於HK$100），有機會換領DFS旗下香港T廣場廣東道店HK$150電子購物優惠券2張；消費滿HK$6,000可換領HK$150電子購物優惠券4張，如此類推。每次換領上限10張。而消費滿HK$12,000或以上可換領上述價值之額外電子購物優惠券。餐飲、美食及禮品部、以交通銀行信用卡及Atome付款之消費發票並不適用於此推廣活動。

 

2. 顧客所持之發票必須為DFS旗下香港T廣場廣東道店之商戶/品牌（餐飲、美食及禮品部除外）所發出的即日機印發票及相符的電子貨幣付款存根，發票須清楚印有日期、商戶/品牌名稱、舖號及消費金額。手寫、重印、影印、損毀之發票及付款存根恕不接受。

 

3. 所有有效之即日機印發票及電子貨幣付款存根只可參與其中一項推廣活動，不可同時參與携程返現、交通銀行信用卡5%消費回贈、Atome 迎新優惠、消費券優惠、商場或DFS及其商戶之推廣活動。

 

4. 已經換領優惠券之發票會被蓋印，以示成功換領，任何人不可以已蓋印之發票要求換領其他優惠。任何多於消費金額要求之餘額亦不可享有其他優惠。

 

5. 有效個人電子貨幣包括信用卡（交通銀行信用卡除外）、易辦事、借記卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay、Samsung Pay、銀聯雲閃付（QuickPass）、微信支付、支付寶或受《支付系統及儲值支付工具條例》（第584章）規管的其他儲值支付工具（包括但不限於八達通、八達通「好易畀」、Tap & Go拍住賞及TNG Wallet）。 以交通銀行信用卡及Atome付款之消費不適用於此推廣活動。

 

6. 換領者必須為付款及簽賬者本人。用作換領之有效發票必須為當天由同一顧客付款/簽賬並由付款/簽賬者本人親臨換領處換領。 職員可要求顧客出示信用卡/ 手機支付程式畫面及身份證明文件作核對用途。每位顧客（以會員及用戶號碼作識別）每日最多可換領電子購物優惠券1次。所有於換領優惠券後所作的同日消費均不可再換領電子購物優惠券，並不可交換消費發票以再度換領電子購物優惠券或換領更高電子購物優惠券回贈。

 

7. 電子購物優惠券只適用於DFS旗下香港T廣場廣東道店之部分商戶/品牌，請掃描二維碼以獲得認受商戶及品牌名單。

 

8. 顧客必須登記成為「新地美食/購物一站通」用戶，方可換領及享用電子購物優惠券。顧客須自行配備具上網及接收短訊(SMS)功能之手提電話以登記/登入「新地美食/購物一站通」用戶、查閱及使用電子購物優惠券。每位顧客只可登記成為用戶一次，職員有權要求顧客出示或提供其身份証明文件及手提電話號碼作核實用途。顧客一經登記成為「新地美食/購物一站通」用戶，即表示同意並接受有關用戶條款及細則。

 

9. 顧客可透過用戶網頁翻查最新電子優惠券紀錄，惟所有紀錄以新太陽廣場系統為準，恕不接納任何於換領或交易後補領電子優惠券的要求。如因技術問題或任何其他異常情況阻礙系統取回有關用戶的電子優惠券及其他優惠結餘資料而造成任何損失，新太陽廣場及DFS旗下香港T廣場一概不負上任何責任。

 

10. 電子購物優惠券面值每張為HK$150，顧客於參與商戶/品牌單一消費滿HK$500（以整單消費折實價計算），即可使用HK$150電子購物優惠券1張，滿HK$1,000即可使用2張，如此類推。每次換領將獲分派之電子購物優惠券面值或有不同，恕不能選擇。不同面值、不同消費要求及於不同帳戶內之電子購物優惠券不可同時於同一筆消費中使用。有效日期已列於電子購物優惠券頁面，逾期作廢。電子購物優惠券使用受條款及細則約束，詳情請參閱有關電子購物優惠券之條款及細則。

 

11. 電子購物優惠券不得退換、兌換現金、其他貨品或服務，亦不得轉讓。

 

12. 所有已換領電子購物優惠券之消費，如需退款，請先到禮賓服務部辦理退回有關電子購物優惠券之手續。

 

13. 每個換領日可供換領之電子購物優惠券數量有限，先到先得，換完即止。若所有電子購物優惠券於換領當日晚上10時前換罄，本換領活動將於電子購物優惠券換罄當刻提早結束，恕不另行通知或補償。

 

14. 恕不接受以下商戶或交易發出之消費單據：購買或使用代用券（如餅券、食品券、現金券、禮券、禮品卡）、臨時展銷攤位 / Pop Up Stores、任何增值服務、以貨品作貼換交易、郵購、傳真訂購、電郵訂購、電話訂購、網上購物、分拆簽賬，於餐飲、美食及禮品部之消費以及商場決定之其他類別。任何影印副本、手寫及重印之消費單據及銀行賬單/月結單、損毀之消費單據及付款存根亦恕不接受。簽賬交易不包括已取消、退款、偽造或未誌賬的交易。如顧客出示之發票屬分期付款方式、繳付訂金或作部份付款則只有當日實際支付之金額才可計算於消費金額內，餘額亦不可再參加任何推廣活動。使用任何現金或任何現金禮券（包括新地商場贈券、DFS旗下香港T廣場禮券及禮品卡）、購物優惠券、電子購物優惠券、DFS會員積分、DFS職員折扣、機場同業會社折扣、攜程反現、交通銀行信用卡5%消費回贈、Atome迎新優惠、消費券優惠、以交通銀行信用卡及Atome消費均不可參加商場之所有推廣活動。

 

15. 消費金額只計算付款/簽賬淨值，付款/簽賬淨值為發票/簽賬存根上顯示之最後實際支付/簽賬金額。所有折扣、使用現金券、禮券、禮品卡、購物優惠券、電子購物優惠券、現金回贈、信用卡回贈如Cash Dollar、會員積分、任何優惠券或優惠代碼之扣減金額部份則不作計算。而使用任何禮券、購物優惠券、電子購物優惠券、DFS職員或機場同業會社折扣、攜程返現、交通銀行信用卡5%消費回贈、Atome迎新優惠、消費券優惠、以交通銀行信用卡及Atome付款之整筆消費均不可參加商場之所有推廣活動或享有其他優惠。

 

16. 任何包括但不限於因網絡問題，系統固障，電話接收問題或第三方應用程式攔截等而引至顧客的帳戶資料有遲延、遺失、錯誤或無法辨識等情況，新太陽廣場及DFS旗下香港T廣場概不負上任何責任。

 

17. 主辦機構、其製作公關公司以及商場商戶之員工均不得參加上述活動，亦不得代顧客換領，以示公允。

 

18. 新太陽廣場及DFS旗下香港T廣場有權隨時修改條款及細則、更改或終止活動或優惠，毋須就有關更改或終止另行通知，亦恕不承擔因任何有關活動、優惠或條款更改或終止所引起的責任。

 

19. 如有任何爭議，新鴻基地產、新太陽廣場及DFS旗下香港T廣場保留最終決定權。

 

Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Customer who spend every HK$3,000 by electronic payment at T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road from 1 to 31 December 2021, are eligible to redeem two HK$150 Shopping e-Coupon of T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road by presenting maximum 3 same day machine printed receipts from different merchants/brands with each purchase of HK$100 or above, and redeem four upon spending of HK$6,000 and so on, maximum 10pcs for each redemption. Customers spend HK$12,000 or above are eligible to redeem the respective extra shopping e-coupon(s). Spending at restaurants and food & gift department, paid by Bank of Communications and Atome is not applicable to this promotion.

 

2. Only same-day receipts issued by the merchants/ brands (excludes restaurants and food & gift department) at T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road with date, merchant name, shop number and consumption amount are clearly shown, is eligible for redemption. Photocopies, duplicate/ reprint or damaged receipt are not accepted.

 

3. Each valid same-day receipt can only be registered for redemption or promotion activity once and cannot be used in conjunction with CTrip Rebate offer, Bank of Communications Credit Card 5 % Rebate, Atome Welcome Offers, Consumption Voucher Offer or other promotional activities.

 

4. All redeemed receipts would be stamped. No offers could be provided for all stamped receipts nor the amount exceeded the spending requirement.

 

5. Eligible electronic payments are limited to credit cards (except Bank of Communications Credit Cards), EPS, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay Quick Pass, WeChat Pay, Alipay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap. 584) (including but not limited to Octopus, Octopus O!ePay, Tap & Go and TNG Wallet). The spending paid by Bank of Communications Credit Cards and Atome is not applicable to this promotion.

 

6. Payer shall redeem in person on the same day of patronage and the transactions of the receipts presented for redemption must be made by same person. Customer will be required to present the corresponding identification document for verification. Each Customer (based on both Member and User number) is entitled to one redemption per day. No add-in or exchange of receipts after the redemption is allowed.

 

7. e-Coupons are only applicable at participating brands and boutiques at T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road, please scan the QR code for the list of participating brands and boutiques.

 

8. Customers are required to register online as “happybuymall” user to redeem and use the e-coupons. Customer are also required to equipped with their own smartphone with internet access and SMS service for user registration/ log in, checking and usage of shopping e-coupons. Each Customer can register once only, Customers will be required to present the corresponding identification document for verification. Customers agree and accept the user terms and conditions once complete the user registration of “happybuymall”.

 

9. Customers can check their latest e-coupon balance on the online user account. All e-coupon records in the system should prevail, final and conclusive. The Sun Arcade and T Galleria by DFS will not accept any claim of missing e-coupons after redemption or transaction. In the event of technical issues or any abnormal incidents that prevent the system from retrieving information of a customer's e-coupon balance from the system, The Sun Arcade and T Galleria by DFS will not bear any responsibilities for any loss or damage.

 

10. e-Coupons are in face value of HK$150 each. One HK$150 shopping e-coupon can be used upon every single spending of HK$500 (amount after discount) at T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road, two coupons for spending of HK$1,000, and so on. Different combination of e-coupons will be distributed upon each redemption and cannot be chosen. Shopping e-coupons in different face value, different spending requirement on usage and different User accounts cannot be used in conjunction in the same transaction. No replacement or refund shall be made upon expiry of e-coupons. Other terms and conditions apply for the e-coupon usage, please refer to the e-coupon for details.

 

11. e-Coupons are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, products or services and non-transferrable.

 

12. All spending which have been registered for this e-coupon redemption, Customers should return the respective e-coupons to Concierge prior to refund.

 

13. Limited quota applies on each redemption day. First-come-first-served, while stock lasts. This redemption will be ceased before 10pm on the redemption day if all e-coupons were redeemed, no further notice or compensation shall be made.

 

14. The following receipts are not eligible: purchase and use of coupons (including cake cards, food vouchers, cash coupons, gift vouchers / certificates, gift cards), temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores, value-added, trade-in transactions or product redemptions; mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping; split receipts; spending at restaurants, food & gift department and any other receipts determined by mall; payments with a handwritten, reprinted or photocopied receipt and payment slip/ statement of banks; cancelled or returned transactions; or other non-eligible transactions. For instalment, deposit or a partial payment is made, only the actual amount paid will be counted and the balance is not eligible to participate in any promotional activities. Payments settled by cash or cash coupons (including SHKP mall gift certificates, gift vouchers and gift cards of T Galleria by DFS), shopping coupons, shopping e-coupons, membership points, Bank of Communications Credit Cards, Atome, transactions with DFS staff discount, DFS Airport Community Club discount, CTrip Rebate, Bank of Communications Credit Card 5% Rebate, Atome Welcome Offers and Consumption Voucher Offer applied are not eligible to participate in all promotional activities.

 

15. The amount of eligible spending is based on the net spending amount, which is the final amount charged / debited from the electronic payment account. All amount deducted for discount, usage of cash coupons, gift vouchers / certificates, gift cards, shopping coupons, shopping e-coupons, cash rebate, rebate of bank e.g. Cash Dollar, membership points and any usage of privilege coupons or promotion code will not be eligible for redemption. Transactions settled in full or partially by any kind of gift certificates / shopping coupons / shopping e-coupons, Bank of Communications Credit Cards, Atome, applied staff discount / DFS Airport Community Club discount, CTrip rebate, Bank of Communications Credit Card 5 % Rebate, Atome Welcome Offers and Consumption Voucher Offer, which the whole transaction is not eligible to all promotional activities or offers.

 

16. The Sun Arcade and T Galleria by DFS will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception or blocking by third party applications that cause the delay, loss, mistake or corruption of an information transfer.

 

17. Employees of organizer, staff of those merchants, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to enter the captioned offer and cannot redeemed on behalf of Customers.

 

18. The Sun Arcade and T Galleria by DFS reserve the right in their sole discretion to amend or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, and would not assume any responsibility for any changes or termination of the relevant offers or terms.

 

19. Sun Hung Kai Properties, The Sun Arcade and T Galleria by DFS reserve the right of final decision in any disputes.

15. 消费金额只计算付款/签账净值，付款/签账净值为发票/签账存根上显示之最后实际支付/签账金额。所有折扣、使用现金券、礼券、礼品卡、购物优惠券、电子购物优惠券、现金回赠、信用卡回赠如Cash Dollar、会员积分、任何优惠券或优惠代码之扣减金额部份则不作计算。而使用任何礼券、购物优惠券、电子购物优惠券、DFS职员或机场同业会社折扣、携程返现、交通银行信用卡5%消费回赠、Atome迎新优惠、消费券优惠、以交通银行信用卡及Atome付款之整笔消费均不可参加商场之所有推广活动或享有其他优惠。

 

16. 任何包括但不限于因网络问题，系统固障，电话接收问题或第三方应用程式拦截等而引至顾客的帐户资料有迟延、遗失、错误或无法辨识等情况，新太阳广场及DFS旗下香港T广场概不负上任何责任。
