What to do
1. Soak Up Culture
One would be remiss if they visited the world’s art and fashion capital without enjoying some of the most revered museums. Fashion lovers should make a beeline for the Paris Galliera, a carefully restored Beaux-Arts landmark with galleries that trace the history of fashion from the 18th century to present day. Don’t miss Le19M (reopening March 2024), a sprawling site dedicated to preserving Chanel’s 11 Metiers d’Arts.

Equally worth visiting are the Musée Yves Saint Laurent Paris — dedicated to the 20th century couturier’s legendary body of work at his former residence; and La Galerie Dior, which preserves the magic of Christian Dior at the maison’s historic address.

2. Get Street Snapped
A visit to Paris isn’t complete without the requisite street-style snaps. For a unique backdrop oozing old world charm, head to La Poste du Louvre, the historic post office that has recently come back into service complete with a five-story venue comprising of five-star hotel Madame Rêve, fine dining and a rooftop garden. It’s just a stone’s throw from Samaritaine Paris Pont-Neuf by DFS, the iconic Parisian department store known for its Art Nouveau building, which was restored and refurbished by DFS and LVMH in 2021.

3. Enjoy Some Retail Therapy

Where to eat and drink
Nothing says Paris more than people watching from a café with a coffee and pastry in hand, and. pâtissier Cédric Grolet’s Instagram-famous croissants are said to be the very best in town. Head to his eponymous pastry shop on Avenue de l’Opéra if you want to dine in. For a side of food with fashion, check out the Café Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton, helmed by one of the most sought-after pastry chefs in Paris. For quintessential Parisian bistro fare, 80-plus year institution La Poule Au Pot serves classic French comfort dishes that have earned it a Michelin star in 2019.
