Tasting Notes: Medium bodied, compact structure. Delicate tannins and full oak fill the lips and teeth. At first, it has the smell of tar, asphalt and slight acid, followed by the mixed aroma of raw beef, green olive and rosemary. Sober up a little and smell almond croissant and cinnamon.
